I am a lifetime Ford owner. Thanks for nothing, TC. I appreciate you returning my correspondence, NOT! 2 emails and 4 phone calls, including a "concerned" service manager who was to return my call...still crickets. Thanks, buddy. Need my Recall repaired, but clearly, my service isn't important enough, so you guys suck it. I'll take my service elseware.

I never thought I'd be leaving a positive review for a dealer service department but here I am. Joseph K is in a league of his own ... responsive and beyond helpful. Kudos have to go to this valuable asset. I've never felt so well taken care of by a dealer. 10 stars if I could.

$179 for a new key. AND $100 to program the key to my car?? Nope. Robbery. They hold you hostage. I will be needing a new $85k auto soon. Won't be buying it here. AND, I won't be servicing my vehicle here any longer. They are losing more than their thieving $100.

I know, before you judge me for taking my truck to a dealership, my vehicle is so new I had to take it a dealer for service. I ended up with around a $25k bill to rebuild the engine and fuel system on my truck. The process took a while. They are or were short staffed. I got the "waiting for parts" line every time I called in for status. Finally after more than 3 weeks it was ready. I get in to drive off after paying. I get two immediate vehicle warning messages. 10 miles until empty. Oil change Required. I can let the fuel one go I guess, but come on with the oil. Never even a mention of it , nor if they wanted me to get it done too while it's there. I just spent $25k and they give me back vehicle requiring a $100 oil change. (And no it wasn't the first time those alerts happened, right when I started it, oil warnings start with "recommend" not "required " and fuel warnings start at 50 miles left)Here is why I give 3 stars though. Everyone I dealt with was actually very nice in person and on the phone. My truck is still running great, no issues from their repairs. The show room and service checkin were very clean and comfortable. So they do have some customer service strengths, but that obvious lack of detail to make it superb and build that loyalty, that feeling that they want your business , is lacking, and the nickel and diming feels very embedded there.

Don't waste your time with this piss ant service department. If you must use a dealership, take your vehicle to a dealership that can handle the work load they have, otherwise use an independent mechanic. They don't know, they can't do it and they don't care...and they don't communicate. Took our vehicle in for service on a Wednesday, they had it for a week and a half, didn't even diagnosis it. The vehicle just sat out in an uncovered dirt lot getting dusty and full of cobwebs. We called trying to get any information multiple times and were told someone would get back to us when they had some information, which never happened. We finally got someone on the phone that admitted that they are severely understaffed and unable to project when they might be able to look at the vehicle, and offered no solution.Really, they couldn't have provided any worse customer service, it is impressive how poorly this whole thing has been handled. They should have been completely up front that they were so understaffed in the beginning and we would have immediately taken it to a different dealership, but instead they held the vehicle for a week and a half and wasted our time.Ended up having to use our own towing service - because they didn't even offer to participate in the transfer - to have the vehicle taken to another Ford dealership in the hopes of finally getting even just a diagnosis. Will not be using this service department.

Customer Service at its finest. Went back for routine oil change and service along with some other minor issues on my 2020 Explorer. The Service Manager Brenden did a phenomenal job providing quality customer service in addressing previous glitches in my experience and making sure this visit went smoothly and seamlessly. Kyle Sanders made sure I was notified in a timely manner and explained the repairs needed for my truck. I happy to have a fresh start with the repair team at Tuttle Click SJC Ford.

Brought my truck in at 3:00 and was told by service rep Timothy Price it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and number 2 priority. 6:45 PM no call so I called. Rep says they have to order part. After quoting approximately $140 for part, informed now will cost + $800 and 3-4 days to get part and unknown when to be completed. Part expected Friday or Saturday. Called today Saturday 11:00, still no part. Timothy says he will cancel the part ordered and "try to get it from another dealer"??? What does that mean?? No new target date for repair, after now out of essential working truck for 6 days...IF repaired Monday.DO NOT RECOMMEND Tuttle unless you want to be extremely unhappy.

Just when I thought my experience couldn't get any worse, I received a call from Enterprise about my rental vehicle. It was bad enough that they had my truck for EIGHT days, I had to PAY for a rental car for the duration of my truck's time sitting around at Ford. I returned the key to the cashier when I picked up my truck and he assured me he would contact Enterprise to pick up my rental.SEVEN days later Enterprise called to thank me for returning my rental the night before. What?? The rental sat on the lot for SIX DAYS and they were going to charge me for FOURTEEN days. But they didn't because Enterprise is a well run, customer centric corporation that knows what they are doing.Tuttle-Click Capistrano Ford should be ashamed of their business practices.

Service writers here are rude and have zero customer service. They seem bothered that you are standing there waiting to check in for an appointment. Not one of the service writers seem to want to help you or even greet you in a curious manner (even if you are busy how hard is it to nicely greet a CUSTOMER??). I have taken my personal cars here in the past but glad I changed dealerships but most recently I take my companies vehicles here because it is closer to my office. I have finally had it after dealing with Kerby he has by far been the most rude out of all the service writers. I have loved all my Fords and they are in better hands at the RSM dealership.

Total Boutique Ford Dealer!!! So, I purchased my truck from Tuttle Click back in 2017, I WAS having it serviced at the Fire dealer closer to my house in Long Beach. However, every time I went to my local dealer, I felt like a low priority. I decided to make the sacrifice and drive to Tuttle Click for for ALL of my service needs. The difference in service is SO apparent... EVERY TIME!!! The whole process is very personal and professional. During my last visit to have my oil changed, I was told it would take roughly 1.5 hours to complete my service. Because I had my dog with me, my service advisor Kyle Sanders let me know if a park we could walk to while my truck is being serviced. To my surprise, they called me in 50 minutes to let me know that my truck was ready. Upon returning, I noticed that there was an issue with my car that was in the red. When I asked about this, Kyle let me know that he went ahead and had this issue repaired, at no cost to me!! I was so shocked and pleased that Tuttle Click values me as a customer and paid for the necessary repairs that I was really responsible for. I do want to add that when buying my truck from Tuttle Click Ford, it was also a very relaxed / no-pressure experience. I highly recommend you give them a try for any service needs to your Ford or, when you're in the market for a new car. Best on-going experience from a car dealer EVER!!!!

Brendan and his crew are top notch! I continue to use them exclusively for service, even though I no longer live in the area. I can guarantee you they are NOT paying the service advisors enough. Some of the abuse I've witnessed these guys put up with from not only customers but management. They all must be saints! One thing I do wonder about the dealership though. How come the Japanese manufacturers down the street proudly fly American Flags. But the Ford dealership doesn't?

I brought my Ford raptor here for a sound coming from my rear axle. Left it with them for a week and they said they couldn't find anything but they hear the sound. So I picked up my truck and took it to Santa Margarita Ford, they found what was wrong with it in two days and had my truck back to me fixed. I don't know if Tuttle clicks mechanics are even close to as experienced but I'm glad I took it to Santa Margarita after.

Oh now I want to love them because they're the closest dealership to me. I have a Ford Escape that's leased through my company. Both the old and brand new battery have drained several times within 2-3 months. They, along with their sister dealership in Irvine, have had it in and can't find the cause. The most troubling thing was I was told I'm not a paying customer - so the technician won't spend more time on it when he/she's not getting paid (insert shocked look here). I guess the leasing company only authorizes a very little amount of time/cost to work on it if jumping it will start it back up. Frustrating. But, shout out to Matt for putting the spare on my other car and letting me know two tires were unsafe (ya, it was a day - a flat tire on my husband's car while I was following the tow truck towing my company car).

Used the Quick Lane here for routine maintenance on my truck. Service was timely and affordable.
