I showed up and spoke with Jessica and Edith and they showed me numerous units and were the most helpful individuals I have dealt with in a very long time. “Best public storage experience ever. Miguel was the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve come across at these locations. He patiently showed me how to navigate to my unit, the one I had reserved online was too small once I looked at it and he quickly helped me rebook a larger one and just charged the difference. When my phone wasn’t working he wrote down my access code for me to get in and out. Truly amazing service and made what would have been a stressful morning into a really easy one.
