I came here twice to return a couple Amazon orders, and each time the service was horrible!!! They both were so completely rude, not acknowledging me, then literally throwing my order in a box. Acting like I was interrupting them, and talking about how addicted people are to buying. I can't believe these people still have a job. These were 2 grown men, not kids. I will not go back, I'll pay the 1.00$ to return my Amazon order at ups store. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I was able to complete my return. Barely!

My Quicken Deluxe subscription was expiring so I called my nearby Staples and they had it in stock. I went for pickup, and they had empty display boxes to take to the register to exchange. $20 off too! Now, I'm told it's out-of-stock. I went back home to lookup which Staples has it in-stock and it states that it's an online product only. Corporate should email the stores to dump the empty display boxes. I will never ever go to Staples again.

I have been shopping at this location about a year now. They have the best staff of all the Staples I've shopped at. The manager at this store is top notch and you can tell it by how all of the team members have a great attitude and are always happy to help. Very impressed as you don't see service like this too often these days.

Tonight Bryan helped me out close to the close of the store and he was so incredibly helpful!!! He really walked me through the whole printing process and made it easy and had such a good attitude the entire time.Seriously stellar customer service

The reason of my review is because the associate Nelson was very rude, I think he should be trained in costumer service. For now I will not return to this store, I felt very uncomfortable.

Two employees just talked with each other while I waited for someone to come help me laminate something…they clearly saw me and just continued ignoring me and talking. Terrible service.

I needed a new passport photo today for my out-of-state drivers license renewal. I walked in at 3pm on Saturday 4/1/23 and the kindest guy had me out the door with two prints by 3:08. He was so attentive and even asked me if the picture was okay and made sure everything was perfect. Their set up is great, service outstanding and I highly recommend for photos!

Brian, Eric and Sonja worked hard to complete technically challenging work for me in the Print and Copying Department. They worked persistently and tirelessly on my project, while concurrently addressing all other customer needs. They are personable, problem focused and altogether amazing creative!!!!!!

Located in the parking lot of Costco and next to Petsmart, I needed to make a stop here to print needed documents since my printer went caput. Headed off to the printing station. There, they are self serving kiosks, where there are signs that instruct you on what do it. Always the one who needs extra help, I was super grateful that the employees there were accommodating in giving me extra direction on how to navigate. Steps: Choose your printer station, email whatever documents to the email address on the sign,
[email protected], within minutes, open your email, and you get a code. Use that code into the printer and choose your printing preference. In my case, double sided, long. To save paper and space. It asks for your credit card, and rewards number. Here is the tip: if you are like me and have multiple items to be printed and want it all to be charged at once, after you are done with the first batch, don't hit the button that says close or end. You hit the "Cancel " and 'cancel again" , open your email and find the next code to put into the printer. Repeat. Once you are done, then you close out and it will charge your credit card once. It took me a minute to figure it out with help, not going to lie. But once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy. I give Staples a 4 for their help and customer service, and and extra star for a 5 for their inventory. As I was walking down the isles, I noticed unique items that I had to grab. They were on clearance, and a batch of Thank you cards, with my favorite peacock design . After All, 2023 will be a year of Gratitude for me and giving people Thank You cards to show your Gratitude is always a nice gesture. Whether its for a Yelp event, A friend, Loved One, or even a complete stranger. I am going into 2023 prepared. If you find yourself in pinch and need printing done, or office items and cant wait, Staples is the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience with the printing department at Staples. Specifically the gentleman with tattoos and a hat. He was extremely kind, helpful, and got my order done quickly. I had come in from a terrible experience at a UPS store and was so thankful this project could get done quickly and for half the price UPS offered! Will definitely be using staples for all my printing needs.

The store was clean and well organized. Staff members both on the floor and at cash registers were courteous and so helpful. I was welcomed and asked twice if I needed assistance. They're working hard there!

Customer service D-. Purchased a chair today, July 18. In-store VERY positive assistance by Erin and a very nice cashier. When I returned later to retrieve my assembled chair the cashier on duty couldn't have cared LESS. She located my chair by pointing me to a corner where it was just sitting. No name or receipt was attached, no brochure or directions which I assume were in the box. No offer to assist me or carry it to my car, exactly ZERO customer care. Not the way to do business people. This girl looked and acted like she'd really rather be somewhere else, which is exactly where I will be taking my future business.
