Even though he could not fully assist me due to a larger network issue, Peter is seriously the absolute BEST employee I have come across in this entire organization! I have been with them for 16 years and he is literally the most sincere and trustworthy associate they have. He is professional and keeps his promises and you can tell he genuinely cares. He should be promoted like yesterday! Thank you, Peter!

Formerly a T-Mobile customer for 20+ years, left due to poor service coverage in my area. I was hesitant to switch because I always had excellent customer service from T-Mobile, but Ivan and Peter at this location were extremely helpful and provided a ton of insight on the phones, active promotions, and plans available, helping me choose the right option for myself and my family. I plan to come back shortly to transfer my wife's phone to Verizon as well. Thank you for an excellent customer experience!

I recently needed to purchase an additional phone for personal use & Peter Landon was the customer service associate. He knew I had a time constraint & literally wrapped up a new phone for me within an hour. He was kind, fast & very helpful in helping me with the details to set up my phone & service. I highly recommend asking for him. He's absolutely awesome!!

The worst place ever, I have a phone that I paid in cash bc supposed be a gift than I decided to keep for my business, the girl ask me for my DL e Social Security card, in 20 years leaving in US never ever no one ask me for my social security card to get a phone line, maybe because I am latina?

Unprofessional-I went in for an In-store pick up after placing an order online. Turns out (according to the employee-can't remember his name) that they cancel online orders in order for customers to walk in and get their commission. He asked me if I spoke Spanish and I said yes, I realized he spoke in Spanish so the English speakers wouldn't understand the shady policy they have about canceling online orders so they can get their commission by in store customers. He wanted me to apply all over again and pay ANOTHER $93 to get a device that I had already paid for. I was in for an iPhone 15 pro max and as I see in store customers get their new phone, the manager proceeded to tell the rep that was helping me, that they were all out of Pro Max models, when in reality, the girl working there is coming out with pro max's for other customers. It's unfair that I purchased a phone online and them canceling it just to benefit them. Dude proceeded to walk away and say "now if you don't mind, I got other customers to help" all because I didn't want to apply.

I found a verizon phone in the street outside the house, locked but working, no ICE contact number. Looked up what to do on the internet, which claimed that if it was returned to the nearest verizon store the would be able to get it back to the owner. Called Verizon and they confirmed this, and told me the nearest store. Drove there, and the rude jerk said it was locked, not his problem I would have to decide what to do with it and get it out of his store. Wasted time and gas trying to do what Verizon said, so now It will just go in ewaste unless I can find another method! (update) Turns out that taking the sim card out of the phone and inserting it in a similar phone will show the phone number. I called the number and the owner had already purchased a new phone with his old number. Got his old phone back to him and he was going to return the expensive phone that this same store had sold him yesterday. Too bad it was so difficult for the Verizon store to know that this technique could give a phone number and that they could look up his account and get him his phone back - or maybe it was just easier to sell new phones?
