I am forever grateful to Martie Atkins with West Coast Hospice. She held my hand for 18 days guiding me through the chaos of finding a placement for my step father from skilled nursing. Martie went above and beyond with daily check-ins and kept everything moving forward as we hit several obstacles during this emotional and challenging time. I recently had to have my Mom put into Hospice care.I received a call from Martie Atkins. She was calling to help me get started with the process.From the very 1st phone call, Martie answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She has a very calming personality. I was very scared since I’ve never had to do anything like this before. Martie was with me every step of the way. Some days I must have called 3-4 times a day and I never felt like I was bothering her.It was a pleasure working with Martie and I would recommend west coast hospice if you are ever in the need.Thank you

Thank you West Coast Hospice for providing exceptional hospice support for one of my clients, a gentleman, and for his wife these past two months. Responsive to the wife’s questions and requests. Attuned to the gentleman’s progressive needs. Heather from West Coast Hospice has been an amazing liason for this family. Thank you guys for your wonderful work! I have only good things say with west coast care for my father was treated well by nursing staff and social workers. Making everyday easier to get through . Now who doesn’t want to see their family members living their best life , feel as best; all possible with the weekly check ins and visits from nurses and your assigned social workers. Helping him with everything he may need to live stress free. Um fortunately west coast no long took his insurance so he will no longer be in there care left un prepared

My dad has been with West Coast Hospice care for several months. In that time, I have had several interactions with Krystal Glover. She has always been very patient and understanding. Additionally, many doctors offices did not understand how my dad's hospice care was working, so getting him appointments was challenging. Krystal went above and beyond to help me get my dad the help he needed. She even went so far as to call his doctors' offices to clear things up. I really appreciate her service.

West coast hospice is the worst place for hospice in palliative care their doctors are awful the nurses are awful they do not use no sterile techniques they don't live up to their word about trying to help you I had to report them to the better business bureau and today I'm going to report him to the state they don't give me no care and they don't care nothing about their clients they all about it money and none of them have no experience and no experience with clients or sterile techniques

Gina Fogelmanis and her Inland empire team were exceptional at communicating with me on details of the care. It was comforting to know how well it was managed by Gina and her team. I would recommend this hospice to any family in need.

I have an amazing experience with the Inland Empire staff. Gina Folgelmanis and our nurse Anna. It was a terrible time and they kept is as comfortable as possible. They kept us informed and were there any time we needed them. Great full.

I am so thankful to Myra and all the staff who have been coming to the house to take care of my 86 year old mom. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Everybody has been so amazing. My mom calls them her angels ❤️

I would like to say that MARTI ATKINS is a person who always goes above & beyond in her work for West Coast Hospice. This is not just a job for her but a passion that she lives every day. I personally know she has been called into work during the weekend and off hours and therefore she rearranges her schedule to make the necessary changes. She is highly regarded in her role at this company!
