The mechanic and the manager told me that people just park their cars in front of the smog stations, which warranted them not giving me service. Completely unprofessional and I liked going here before… guaranteed not going there again and telling my friends and family not to go there either

This business does not deserve anyone's patronage. The gas station clerk "Rebecca" and the manager/mechanic I didn't catch his name but I think it's "Duke" were both very rude, aggressive, blunt and super unprofessional. I was a long time customer to this arco but that all ends today. I highly advise to not spend your money here or waist your time and be disrespected by these people. I will be reaching out to corporate on this.

This place isn't so bad. I filled up on 12/9/23 and the cash price for regular gas was $4.01 which was one of the cheapest gas prices in the area. Paying by credit was 10 cents more. The store inside is small. The lady working was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I like how this place has windshield fluid and squeegees for you to clean your windshield and windows. Some gas stations don't even bother with this anymore. They have a functional air/water machine but it requires 4 quarters to operate. You can even bring your car here for a smog check. As long as they continue to sell cheap gas, I will be back!

Can't say enough about the mechanic at this facility. Duke did an excellent service on my car. He has always taken care of my smog test. Pass everytime. Gives advice on my vehicle, never any pressure just friendly advice. Highly recommend this location. Station is always clean and accessible.

I stopped by after I had a smog appointment with another place, the tech didn't even show up. I showed up at Arco Smog Pros with no appointment or phone call and Duke helped me out. Duke and Arco Smog Pros saved my day.

I come here for gas when I'm nearby. The prices here are usually pretty low, and it's easy to get in and out of this place!!Located across the street from the Bayfair Center, on the Target side, I always use cash for gas, so I have no issues.There's also small snack shop inside, but most people pay without going in from the outside.

the worst customer servise, today I went there for gas, after I did the Apple Pay ,I started to fuel the gas. and the young lady cashier jumped in front of me and stopped the gas. And she keep saying I took someone else 's gas. My goodness , maybe she put somebody's cash into my spot. she made the mistake. she didn't do her job right . But she pass the buck .She made me feel uncomfortable because she keep saying I took somebody else's gas. I am in my own spot, I have no idea what happened. And after all, I think she needs more training before she starts her jobs.

the WORST customer service ever. the girl working 5pm 2/2/23 is clearly MISERABLE and clearly doesn't value her job or the customers that support her job. a man in front of me in line was trying to pay for gas with $10 in quarters. she refused to take the quarters and said she would only take $5 in quarters so he tried to hand her a $5 bill. she was so rude to him i felt so bad for him. i hope she understands that her job is to accommodate people supporting the business she works for. smh.

Whatever you do, don't use debit/credit at this gas station! I bought $30 worth of gas and they're holding $125 on my debit card! This is not a hotel! It's freaking gas! When I called she couldn't even tell me when I would get my $95 back! I've been getting gas for more than 20 years, this has never happened!! RIDICULOUS!!
