DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My car was there for over a week and I only heard from the mechanic 1 time. I dropped it off on a Friday, he said he would have an update for me that day. I called multiple times on Friday and Saturday and finally heard back… on MONDAY. Then he said the car would be ready on Wednesday. Again I called on Wednesday and NO RESPONSE. He finally called 20 minutes before they closed on Thursday to say it was done, so the earliest I could get my car was the next day. Oh and the bill was over $2,300! I complained to the manager and asked for a discount to help pay for the ubers I had to get to work since my car was there for so long and never got it. They apologized, but did nothing to help me financially with the UNACCEPTABLE expenses due to their lack of competence. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The logistics of getting a car lease is not something I enjoy. Ahmed at this Nissan dealership was excellent in listening to my specifications and limitations and providing me with options. I did not feel rushed and all of the information was explained thoroughly, perhaps even twice. My family and I are quite happy with our Nissan Rogue.

After Autocom Nissan Oakland closed after an accumulation of bad karma, we were left short when our 2019 Nissan Leaf was just dead the other morning. Had it towed to San Leandro Nissan. It has the vibe of a small shop, in a good way. They ran a bunch of diagnostics that turned up nothing, and they charged us nothing. Replaced the battery in the fob, washed the car, and made a software update for nothing. Rob McClure there was especially cool and service-focused. Glad to have a place we can trust.

Ahmed and Gaby provided excellent and thorough service. I have a new lease on a Nissan Rogue. I gave them the parameters of what I needed and how much I was willing to pay per month and Ahmed was great in providing the options available to me. I had purchased my car here and the experience was typical and lengthy. However called into service for an appointment and the experience wasn't pleasant and decided to try other places and that ended up a good decision.

This review is for the excellent service I received in Sep 23, 2023 for my 2016 Nissan Leaf. Service advisor Drew was accommodating and courteous when I needed my 12v battery replaced. Sergio was also great when he expeditiously installed the new battery. Thank you San Leandro Nissan!

I had a great experience leasing an Ariya from San Leandro Nissan! Marvel Hanna was marvelous—knowledgeable, personable, and organized. Ahmed handled the financing and contracts beautifully. Together, they made the process extremely pleasant and efficient. I recommend them both!

Horrible service I brought my car in for multiple lights on dash board when driving. They found open bulletin so they ask me to leave vehicle so they can work done when parts arrived. When I left I realized I got no receipt so I requested one through email and wasn’t able to do that for some reason so he text me half or receipt. After multiple emails to request for information and a text message I decided to call 3 days later he said good news parts are here he said let me talk to my techs and get back to you today. Again no call I decided to call again and he apologized and sorry I forgot to let tech know that parts are here. Then he said sorry but I promise will be done Monday so I said ok I’ll pick up Monday. On Monday I called almost ten time to department that gives you info if car is ready never answered so I called a different department in same dealer they answered and had to go ask them about my car and said nobody had work on it didn’t know anything about parts. At this point I don’t want anything to do with so I decided to pick up my car. When I got there they said the person in charge of my case arranged for my car to be fixed horrible communication who is in charge not checking if staff is doing there job. Stay away they will waste your time I should have known a lot of there customers there were not happy with them. Will never go there again

Finally a dealership that does not apply the dreaded sales pressure on potential car buyers. Marvel Hanna originally introduced me the the Ariya which I was considering along with other competitors such as the Mustang Mach-e and the Cadillac Lyric. He is extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to go into details about the various specs and options. He let me test drive the car and let me know he was open to discussing a great deal, but without the undue pressure that would have made me walk away.Unfortunately, the exact model I decided to go for was not available at San Leandro Nissan, but was at Golden State Nissan. Instead of asking Marvel to try and trade cars with Golden State Nissan, I bought the car from Golden State directly. That was a mistake. After broken promises, lost paperwork and unprofessional threats made to me, the entire sales and finance staff at Golden State Nissan was fired and I decided they did not deserve my business anymore, but San Leandro Nissan (Marvel) did. I made plans to return my Ariya to Golden State Nissan and devised a plan to have Marvel and his great sales manager Ahmed Ibrahim find me a new Ariya. They even worked hard to try and get me the one I wanted from Nevada, but when that didn't work, the offered me a deal I could not refuse: they offered me a fully loaded model for basically the same price i had purchased the lower trim model from Golden State Nissan.I cannot emphasize enough how much dealing with Marvel and Ahmed felt like a partnership rather than them trying to get my money. They always showed me the upmost professionalism and respect and kept their word throughout the deal. I am now the proud owner of an Ariya Platinum+ e-4ORCE thanks to them.

You kept the car from Wednesday until the next Tuesday telling my older mother it would be ready to pick up next morning. For 4 days. Each time a different excuse. Say you can't work on the car so that we can take it somewhere else if you don't have the time.

I'm a customer from Oklahoma who moved here to Hayward and had to have my car a 2017 Nissan Juke serviced at the Nissan in San Leandro, and the gentleman who help me was named Juan. Just wanted to put it out there to his bosses and his coworkers that he was an exceptionally awesome employee and I was extremely happy with him taking the time to walk me through everything I needed to have done with my car and I appreciated every bit of the conversation that we had about how to take care of my vehicle. I'm giving him 10 stars at least and an amazing overall thank you for him just being such a concerned person about my vehicle. Thank you again Juan and thank you Nissan for hiring such an amazing employee!!See you again next time!!

My mom and I had a really good experience with Ahmed and Vanessa. Ahmed was very helpful, hospitable, had a sense of humor, and accommodating, while Vanessa was like his wing man, providing quick and swift services with completing the paperwork. Ahmed listened to my mom's needs and wants, and was patient about it. They served us hot chocolate, which was a nice touch, and made the few hours we were there comforting. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in our discussing and negotiating of the car we wanted, while working effectively with us and thus that made us happy to go forward with our purchase. They washed our new car when he saw that it was s little dusty on the outside and was also provided gas for the car we drove in to pick up the new Altima my mom purchased. Just an overall great experience. If we get another car, we will come here again, for sure.Thank you Ahmed and Vanessa for you kindness and salesmanship. You both made our time with you enjoyable.
