“Had a great customer service experience dealing with a complicated issue.
I’m repairing a twenty year old composure deck in my house built by a previous owner. We don’t know what color timber tech was used on the original build and the chances that color is produced anymore is minimal. Eduardo and Chuck helped me color match the decking. Somehow the wrong color decking was as shipped and cut. They didn’t need to but they replaced it with the right color free of charge and helped me out.
Anybody can show customer service when everything is going right. It takes a special level to go above and beyond when something has gone wrong and there’s money on the line.
