I visited the GreenTech Renewable Hyvard office on Monday, December 29.
There were four people waiting in line and not a single employee at the counter. It was freezing inside, and nobody was working. This is not a one-time issue — it happens all the time. You always end up waiting, and then incompetent salespeople who don’t really know what they’re talking about try to sell you something.
For comparison, the San Jose office is like night and day. There is always staff at the counter, everyone greets you, and they genuinely try to help and solve your issues. Fast, professional, and respectful — the way it should be.

Park your truck outside the facility and the check-in has a big sign “Will Call”. Nice employees and very fast loading/unloading. They can take your load even before the appointment date and time but make sure to call them beforehand.
To dock, you need to reverse all the way in the company and then dock.

The worst Greentech I have been to. Even when I will call the day before, I always have to wait at least an hour and half for the material. Also their employees there don’t care at all. And this happens to me always so I decided to never will call this location.

While driving out of my neighborhood in San Jose, THIS vehicle made a left turn into the street and parked, blocking my way. The driver excited laughing and said “it’s not my fault it’s a small street.” He then told me he didn’t care if I called his company because he would not get in any trouble. I am a disabled person and would NEVER hire a company that uses such horrible staff!

Expect long waits. Will call order not prepared. Just a 12 panel project took over 1.5hrs to pull with no customers inside.

Noah delivered a ton of gear for my solar project and despite the fact that the driveway was steep and the gear was some really heavy stuff, he did an excellent job. He was respectful of my property, cheerful, and very pleasant to deal with. He's a keeper and reflects extremely well on Greentech, and on my solar company, Mona Lee

Martha Cazares Iribe was the customer service rep at the San Leandro location who deserves accolades for outstanding customer service!!! She totally saved the day by going the extra mile to get me parts so my solar company could complete their reinstall. She checked inventory, emailed me a quote and had my order ready in mins. I had the missing parts I needed in less 45 minutes!!!! ??
