This Bank is always closed, atm machine not working either. Very inconvenient especially for seniors who need to access their money.

Wells Fargo has fees, when you have a lot of them they help you cover some or empathize while trying to work with u. Comerica has no emotion but anger and explanations for the fees which we all know, overdraft!!! But they will hit u with a fee for everything even a daily overdraft fee, so u overdrew now you owe them $26 IF it's you first and it could be as high as $38 and then you owe $6 a day for being overdrawn....so you call like hey it's alot of fees can I pay half or can you help with something (confused on why transactions are clearing) customer service even at the branch responds: we'll this is how to avoid a overdraft fee. Thank u for the help and explanation what would we do without Comerica.

Terrible customer service. The workers are very slow and they don’t want to do their job we go almost everyday to it because Wells Fargo bank is next to it. Today when I went to deposit some money there was to guys asked me for a lot of things ID and every other thing I opened my account in like 10 years And this always happens. recommend the branch in Alameda they have way better customer service and they are very nice.

Horrible Customer Service. I've been trying to get a resolution on a pressing matter for over 3mos. Got lots of promises to research and call me back. Never happened!! Was first told I needed to come in. Problem with that is I'm a disabled Senior who lives over 100 miles away!! Worst Branch Manager I've ever seen in my life!!!

They don't allow me to go in when they close until 4 and I was there at least 15 mins prior to that. They don't come out and tell me that it is by appointment only when there is no indication of that outside. Moral of the story they dont respect their working hours and get upset if you try to go in because they take a while to close things inside. Terrible service

Today we visited my grandma's bank. But with the crisis going on we had to pre-schedule an appointment in advance to visit. Our usual branch in Hayward was closed therefore we were at the San Leandro location today. Of course they are doing a good job of observing social distancing with designated signs on the floor for people to stand. The employees inside were also wearing masks. The security guard also respected that we had an appointment and let us in no problem. Most two people at a time inside. I felt safe visiting the business.

Be wary of this branch and bank. There's never anyone in here and everyone is always at lunch or gone home early. Also, they charge overdraft fees of $35.00 on amounts like $8.00. They're suppose to return the check, but make money charging the fees and this was a class action lawsuit contesting this action, but the bank continues this policy. They want to be like a BOA, but they lack the expertise. I've been with BOA for 40 years and never have they charged three-four $35.00 overdraft fees in a week like this bank. The class action speaks to this fact by disgruntled bank customers, Comerica paid well over 16 million to the lawsuit for the fees. Also, one night when I was driving home, there was a line of 30 people standing at the ATM at 10:00 p.m. at night. I asked, "why." They stated, it's check time. I've NEVER seen this at a branch ATM so late at night. There has to be a better way for these customers.
