Went in for workman's comp. Let's see, they were an hour late every time I went. The doctor was belittling and condescending. Needed paperwork filled out and after weeks they've refused to do it. Want to see how bad healthcare is going here.

Very unprofessional staff mostly the doctor that was assigned to me. I was told to see my primary provider and then return. I saw my primary provider the very following day and then returned right after my appointment with a medical clearance form where I was deemed to have no restrictions. I was then still out off for four days. The doctor admonished me for returning after visit with my doctor. I was told that there is no need for us to be going back and forth. With out even asking for the results I was also told by Concentra’s physician that there is no way my pressure is lower after being checked by my primary which was incorrect. My pressure was lower although I did not say anything after being told this. This location is very unorganized and seems understaffed. I would never return to this location. Doctor just seems very rude and overworked.

I didn’t have an appointment and was reluctant to go in but I decided to go anyway. I got there and the associate was very helpful. I was given a VIP preference/treatment. The doctor was fantastic. She explained to me everything before she started and I was impressed!!

I gave this location a star just because I had to in order to hit the post button but I rate it no stars because I was completely treated with no regard and the doctor who treated me did not consider my injury at all. In fact, she sent me back to work full duties/ entire shift right after I explained the pain and discomfort of my injury. Didn't even suggest a prescription of meds for the pain. So no stars only two thumbs down ????

This place is horrible I visited this place on aug due to a traumatic even that occur at my job site was seen but Natalia Cortez I explain to her the trauma I had and the reason why it wasn’t safe for me to get in a car less operate a car at what she responded I’m not the expert in that area but in my experience you should get in the car and drive in my experience is the only way you will get over it so I responded I won’t be doing that since what you are asking me is to put my life at risk and the life’s of others at risk…. Got the help I needed somewhere else Also today I went in to try to make a follow up appointment and I witness Erson I believe his name was what seem to be the manager yell at one of his employees infront of all patients and staff very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

The whole staff was professional, efficient, and relatable.Very empathetic management and the doctors are absolute gems!I recommend this location for whatever needs you all may need!

The office was clean, spacious and very welcoming. It was a very pleasant experience once seen by the physicians assistant, making the process of getting a physical very easy and time efficient.

- Arrived at 8 am but was seen at almost 11 am.- Was poked 3x; unsuccessfully drew blood; left a bulge and bruise on my left arm- Was told that they could not draw blood because I did not drink water (fluid) prior to going there- Was referred to Quest at San Leandro where staff were compassionate and successfully drew blood with ease (1 poke) after about an hour coming from Concentra (even without taking any fluid)- Anecdotal report from Quest: there were so many referred cases like me from Concentra San Leandro to Quest. Same case - bruised, poked more than once!

Dr Ogbu is such an amazing healthcare provider. The Medical assistants and staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and I had just a wonderful experience for my scheduled appointment, which was a comprehensive physical. Every question that I had was answered, I didn’t feel rushed, the service was great and I’m proud to be a patient here.

All concentra locations in east bay have only one provider for each location.They say they take walk-ins but when you get there either you wait at least 6 hours or they tell you to come back next day and check in at 8am.If you have a lot of patients using your services I think you need more than one provider otherwise don’t call it urgent care.

I was told you can walk in during their normal office business hours. When I walked in I was told I had to make an appointment. When I made the appointment I tried to reschedule. With 7 failed attempts to reach them I was unsuccessful. They should change their voicemail to say no walk ins

I have gone here twice for a work physical and once for a work drug test. And each time I have had a good experience. The staff is nice and efficient and the physicians are great!

This clinic specializes in workers compensation cases. I initially attempted to walk in at 8am one day for a simple test and physical required by my employer but was told that the wait was already 2-3 hours. This is a refrain that I heard the front desk staff say to countless people. Ok, fine. So, I made an appt for the very earliest time they had a week later, no big deal.I return a week later, I'm first in line, sign in, submit my paperwork, and wait until 8:25 for them to call me back. With an 8am, first appt of the day time, this is unacceptable. In addition they mixed up my name with someone else. The desk staff and providers were unfriendly and robotic, and I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

I made an appointment for 9am about 2 weeks earlier. I arrived on time. I waited and waited. They called me to get vitals and get put into an exam room at 1130am.When I told the doc I had been waiting 2.5 hours so what was the point in making an appointment, he said he didn't know they made appointments there. He explained that the admin process and the number of people who I need to go through to get to be seen is the reason it takes so long. They also went through a long health history verbally instead of letting me complete it on paper or in an app. The young women writing down my medications acted as though they had never heard them before and asked if I was saying it correctly. I saw on the final paperwork that they spelled each one terribly incorrect. I finally got out of there just after 1230pm and had tons of work to catch up on later. And no one there seemed to care that my visit took 3.5 hours. Like, it's THEIR normal that I need to be ok with.I will avoid Concentra at all costs in the future.

The physical therapy department is great. They have a lot of different equipment, exercises and knowledge to get the body moving. Unfortunately, pain is expected, but they do their best to achieve goals within the individual's functional capability. The staff is caring, respectful and skilled.
