I had a perfectly fine experience there, but if you are a VSP member please be warned that while the Costco Optical Department is in network, the doctor who administers the exam is NOT. Ended up having to file out of network, which was an unpleasant and unexpected cost.

They never answer the phone!!! Frustrating! Not everyone can just drive there and go inside to make appointments. They need a better phone system or someone who knows how to pick up the other line and put customers at least on hold.
