if i could give zero stars I would. They have disregarded the timing of my medications that I need for my ibs and insomnia. I preorder my medication 5/6 days in advance before I’m going to be out of my medication and when I go to pick it up there’s ALWAYS an excuse on why my order wasn’t filled. My medications never get filled on time and I always have to miss a dose or three because this pharmacy is irresponsible in the way they handle patient care. This not only puts off my medication schedule but makes my condition unmanageable for days before I’m back on track again. On multiple accounts already there have been problems with my medication saying they need a doctors approval when my doctor has already STATED theres no approval required. On top of that their student pharmacists have lack of experience using their computer system and give terrible responses for reasoning. The way these students handle customer service and patient care should be another reason why they need to find better people suited for dealing with patients. Do not go to this pharmacy.

The staff are very professional and customer oriented. Do nice in dealing with Pharmacist Vish and Tech Rosette was very helpful, dependable and very professional.

Vishmak I think his name , the newly hired ,indian,pharmacy manager is one of the best humans on the planet and that is the reason why the word conscience and kindness exist. I go to cvs just bc of him.:He is kind ,polite, and friendly with a gentle soul and face that makes you see the world with hopeful perspectives.Please hire more like him ;unlike, the other two Asian women is like talking to a dead person , in particular the Chinese pharmacist. A smile does not cost money

Working with this pharmacy is very frustrating. I had a very simple acne prescription transferred here, it has been refilled previously at various different CVS’ without issue for 2 years. The Pharmacists at this location have very poor communication skills and do not do their due diligence when serving patients or communicating with providers. Very disappointing because it’s centrally located and easy to get to.

This CVS location is very slow and they keep delay the pickup from day to other they must find the solution for this. If the medicine gets ready after 2 days then the patient does not need the medicine anymore.

My experience with CVS PHARMACY located in Target in San Leandro CA is and has always been positive!! Great customer service respectful, professional. One pharmacy worker always remembers my name!Picked up my prescription today and asked if they sold Covid tests which I was willing to pay for and they gave me four free! Which they didn't have to do.I really appreciate service like I received today!I would definitely recommend this CVS location to family and friends anytime!!

I'm changing pharmacies . This is the second time they claimed to have sent me a text about my prescription being ready and they did not. I have UC and taking my meds on a regular schedule is extremely important, but clearly they do not care. I never had this issue in WA. Not once.

CVS needs to get more people at this location, these guys will and can do some amazingThings for you to get that script filled. Remember ALL CVS Pharmacy's are linked, so if they are out justAsk " is there a CVS close bye i can get the script transfers to"? They will be happy to checkAnd send as you stand there. Just be nice and say thank you??

Just waited on hold to the same repeating message for 27 minutes. Figured they were never going to answer, so gave up. This was after a 10-15 minute wait in person on two different days. Nice staff, but please hire more people. This is ridiculous.
