I purchased a chest and dining room set. The price was right but the quality is not the best. I'd recommend spending a few extra few dollars with Ashley furniture for better quality. I usually shop with Ashley but their customer service and delivery service is not the best.I will say Tone and Tyler who delivered the furniture have excellent customer service and were great to work with.

They are scammers first they talk sweet give you huge discounts so you buy more and more, than they ask for a small down payment to secure your order and make you sign on a paper that they don’t disclose and once you cancel your order or there are unavoidable circumstances and you can’t buy they will hostile you for 25% cancellation fee and keep your down payment and ask for more money. I will complain to the head office of DFW.

I brought previously furniture from DFW and when it was time to purchase more furniture. I re visit the furniture store again. I brought a sofa sleeper, love seat and dinette set as well as a rocking chair for my bedroom. Basically all of my furniture in my place came from DFW. Great store and great prices and can do it on a payment plans too.However when my sofa sleeper was delivered and later that night I was trying to open it and it wouldn't. I reached out to the furniture company and they said they would get my message to the supervisor, which they did. But the person who came to my place on his off day was Anthony and he went above and beyond his job duties.Anthony was at my place less than 15 minutes did what he had to do to get my sofa sleeper open. Anthony made sure everything was working properly before he left my apartment. He was and has always been very professional, respectful and kind. Anthony is a employee that takes his job serious.Anthony also told me is there anything else he can assist me with.Please don't hesitate to asked. Kudos!! To Anthony for a job well done.Your work does not go unnoticed and it is very much appreciated. Thank you for all you done and May God richly blessed you.You have a great employee and I recommend Anthony as employee of the month.A happy and pleased customer all because of people like you Anthony. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worse store, terrible customer service. The guy (Anwar) who guided us to the sofa was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to people. They trap us and we refuse to buy sofa he said oh now he will deduct 25% of my money. They are scams please never go there and never give them an advance. First he said he will sell us the sofa for 2300 then he came to 2600 he was so rude we recorded his video too but swear on god will never go there again

For the home appliances, you think you will get a good deal here ? Here is the answer - Most appliances have damaged with "good deal" Do not waste your time to come here if you are driving here from far away. I'm sure Home Depot is going to be a good place for a good deal.

Worst Furniture store ever! they sell you something and give you something completley different. they are horrible! all there staff are horrible!!! extremeley long wait time and then they dont even give you the right stuff!!!

Ordered a LED light mirror with a dresser. Half of the mirror didn't light up when i received it. The LED light flickers on and off to the point where I had to just unplug it. No one ever returned my call for a replacement.

I purchased a couch from their place August 2021, and a few months laters the couch became lumpy. When trying to contact the owner or manager, they never return my calls. I had to keep calling and bugging them. After 4 months of trying to contact someone, they tell me it a 3 months warranty on the couch and I will have to pay to have my cushions fix. I paid over $1000 for this couch, they should have tried to help me out. I will never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Very poor customer service.

Think twice before you purchase from DFW. I don't recommend buying furnitures from them. First and last time setting foot in DFW. Purchased and paid a loveseat couch and DFW said it will take 2 weeks for delivery. I waited for a month and I heard nothing and no update about my couch. They're so unprofessional. They don't give you estimated delivery timeframe. I called the store so many times with no answer and finally Raul return my call. Raul said it's gonna take another week for delivery and to call back on Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday to check if they will delivery my couch on Saturday but No he told my husband it will take another week becoz of the pandemic blah blah blah. Already waited over a month and DFW expect me to wait another 2 weeks. They love taking your money but when it comes to deliver your purchase they don't care how long you will wait. I was happy to get my REFUND. I should of stick to IKEA coz I would of got my couch by now instead of wasting my time with DFW.
