My dog is always eager to come here and very tired when she leaves. Dogtime is her home away from home and I know she’s in safe hands with DTs video cameras. The staff truly care about your dogs well being and inform you of good and bad information related to your pet. Overnight boarding is never easy but there is peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.

Wonderful program for socializing dogs. Been a client for over 10 years. My dogs love the folks that spend time overseeing play time. And I love the fact that I can watch through my phone, as the classroom has a camera so we can watch the dogs playing ????

They do a good job taking care of your pets. Never had any issues and our dog is happy to be here. You can watch your dog during the day and buy like extras for them.

Finley loves going to Dogtime. She has been going there ever since she was a tiny puppy. The staff is friendly and loving. When she was boarded there for quite awhile because of house renovation, they paid extra attention to her. Love being updated with photos, when she is boarded. ?

When your dogs can't get out of the car fast enough, you know they LOVE it there.

I frequently take my fur baby here. Both my kiddo and I love it here. I can easily schedule appointments and he can come as frequently as I need. They're really great at communicating on how your dog is doing whether if they just had a good day, playing too rough or even if they notice your dog is a little overwhelmed. They also have Webcams so you can watch your fur baby from any computer or phone.Bonus! They are super active on their Instagram and post all the fun going on in the playrooms just about every day.

I wanted to like Dog Time!! My 18 month old high energy golden retriever passed the eval, and seemed like he liked his first couple of visits. The third visit, Tony, the owner i assume, writes me this huge email about my dog trying to attack another dog and fight fence. Okay, I understand dog behavior can be unpredictable but he has never shown any kind of aggression like that, only here. I did appreciate Tony telling me about the incident. Thats why I give yall 3 stars. I call Tony, we talk and its cool. I pick him up that day and I realize my dog's airtag is attached to the leash. The airtag somehow falls off and I lose it. My recommendation is please put back expensive items on the dog instead of loosely attaching it to the leash. Or just give it to the owner.I also was watching the webcam and theres only 1 staff to about 15ish large dog ratio. One of the girls shoved my dog into the kennel most of the day care sessions he attended. If you can't properly handle big energy dogs, maybe you should get another staff member to help out. This is why I paid for daycare, so he can run, play & socialize. I can leave him at home if I wanted him to stay in a kennel. My dog goes to a dog daycare that is open, cage free and had (and still has) never had a problem with any dog. He has high energy, this place is kind of small & maybe higher energy dogs aren't meant to be here since they put them on timeout most of the day. If i'm paying $50 a day for daycare, I want my dog to be exhausted from all of the fun he had! Instead he was ready to play more after his daycare sessions, which proved to me he didn't get all of his energy out like he does at the cage free daycare.I would suggest to take an older low energy dog here.

Update: staff did not tell us he got bit, period. staff said he had displayed aggressive behavior although he has never shown that at any day care boarding facility before or around other people or dogs. staff did not offer more information at pick up and only said "he had a lot of energy that he didn't know what to do with it". staff should work on communication with clients and suggest recommendations rather than just banning them and being rude. I left my pet there for boarding over the weekend and I would check in on my pet daily during his stay through their cameras that operate during "business hours". He would be playing with other dogs, walking around, sleeping, having a good time. No issues (supposedly until the last day). I had scheduled a bath for him on his last day and when the front desk person went to grab him from his kennel he comes out and his face is completely dirty - what a horrible bath. Additionally he has a bite on his face. I don't understand what happened here when the cameras were off but he did not get a proper bath and he got bit without any mention of it.I wouldn't bring your dogs here.

Awful place. Dog was hurt during our time here and we were not notified. Felt like this was swept under the rug. I get leaving a dog a a kennel can lead to rough housing but he was bleeding when we checked him at home. So a heads up about an injury would have needed here. Additionally we paid for a bath and dog was not bathed fully and had a lot of dirt left.

We've been taking our dogs to Dog Time for years, both for boarding and daycare. We've always been happy with how Dog Time takes care of our pets, but never more so than now. We were delayed in returning from our holiday trip. Dog Time kept our dog for us and gave him lots of love and attention. While there is a webcam to see the dogs, Dog Time also sent us daily pictures so we could see our dog looking happy and comfortable. They did a great job taking care of him and us!

My little guy LOVES coming here for daycare. Every morning he runs to the front door waiting to go, even when we're not going. The staff is fantastic. Everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful and they are so, so lovely with my fur baby. They let him kiss their faces when he comes in and leaves. And they are always quick to respond to requests for daycare reservations. I just can't say enough good things about this place!

I love this doggie day care and boarder. They have always been incredibly friendly and responsive to my questions and requests. My dog has so much fun when he attends. Additional I love that they seem to enjoy spending time with my dog. The cameras are an added bonus.
