Customer service is not the same, I've been a customer 15+ years. And they need to do better, with how they treat customers. The carts no longer go out the store, I struggled trying to carry my bags out and no one offered a helping hand. After standing in line 30mins once I got to the register, I told the older lady behind me to come set her things down because there were no available carts. The cashier told her she needed to wait until she called her up. Just rude and inconsiderate

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would if I could the store is very dirty , manager is horrible, (employees are great though). Anyways Stephanie Hill the manager is one of the worst managers I ever seen manage a store she lets her employees struggle while she goes and has a smoke break every 5 minutes and then makes the store smell like cigarettes when she comes back in. Her attitude is disgusting and because of one of her products that she stocks that I was unfortunate to buy and not look at till the next day I wasn't able to be get a refund for the gift card, not only did she have a bad attitude when talking to me she told me she won't do anything about it and it's not her problem. Ps her employee said she has refunded someone a gift card before many people but it was her "friends" that it happened too!!!!

This Dollar store is what it is. I go here for mostly cheap cleaning supplies, trash bags, things like that. It's not the cleanest or most organized store, and it does seem really unkept. To me, it seems like this place needs a good cleaning and it would be better. Also, there's almost always a long line in here, so be prepared for that. But I usually find what I'm looking for most of the time, and the prices have gone up to $1.25, but still, really inexpensive. Again, it gets the job done!!

Maria name on receipt 9/8/23. She was so Lovely. She had the warmest smile and sweetest soul ever. She rang me up we did a lot of small talk. It was just so nice to finishing up my busy day. I got everything accomplished besides. Taking my bike to 81st library. The fix your bike Fridays 3-5pm. So next Friday my bike will be assembled. 2 years later lol. Anywho back to the dollar tree. I found everything I needed and then some lol. The store was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Thanks Maria at Dollar Tree with the warmest smile ever.

Stephanie Hill the manager there very rude and unprofessional. She left her guy coworker with a long line to go sit in back office. I mean smoke a cigarette.The store was a mess but has everything you need. Really should hire staff. You spend more time standing in line than shopping. Dollar Tree do better when hiring store managers.
