I've been going here for about 4 years. They're consistent and listens to my feedback. When I bring in a photo or video, they do their best to replicate the design. I do not let anyone touch my nails or hair lol. I'd go back.

Ehhhh...went in for gel mani/classic pedi... mediocre work, mediocre service... nothing special about this place. My pedi is already messed up because the tech must not have put a topcoat on... I hate that I have to keep an eye on people to do their job!

I went down there this afternoon to get my nails done. I absolutely hated the experience. I asked for frenchies and I did not receive them due to the fact that the lady was rushing. She was aggressive on the filing and made me bleed more than once. Even with the pain I went through, I did not get the shape I asked for. I got an uneven bulky nails instead of a coffin shape for a pricy amount. Over all, the place Is dirty and unsanitary. I do not recommend this place.

They are an average salon. They are in definitely need of a deep clean of their premises. Their booking system is a disaster as stated in other reviews. Unfortunately, I’m only available on the weekends so all my experiences have been during the weekend (mornings, afternoon, late afternoon). If you have an appointment, they will take you about 30-60 minutes after your appointment time. They only have about 3 employees so of course it isn’t enough. They should just say they can’t take people instead of having them wait for hours. If you have 3-4 hours to spare just waiting for a simple mani/pedi, go right ahead.

They did fine on my pedicure, but they're scheduling is a disaster. I booked 3 Mani/pedis for 1 pm. They were 15 minutes late in starting on me, which is somewhat reasonable, but they didn't touch my mom until 45 minutes into the appointment, and my sister didn't get started until an hour later. I ended up just getting a pedicure because they didn't actually have time to do all of us.
The place also has very poor ventilation.

We went to this nail salon before 6pm a few weeks ago. My daughter needed to get her nails done for prom the next day. Hours posted said they close at 7pm. We waited for a few minutes then they called my daughter and said they are ready to do her nails. After they did the initial work, the worker told us she has to work on another person who had an appointment and that it will only take 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned to 1 hour and 1 hour turned to 2 and by the time she was done doing my daughter’s nails, it was 9pm. I am not even exaggerating. They should have refused us when we walked in. They knew they would not be be able to get to us for hours, since they already had several clients in the salon. We could have gone elsewhere but by 7pm, we had no choice but to stick around as every place is closed. Poor business ethic and we would never go back to this place!

They are so unprofessional I waited 1rh and a half for refill but on top of that they lied about the wait time it was only 2 of them that day and one of them said I have an appointment with someone at 4 for lashes mind me I got there at 3:15 or so and I was ok I’ll wait for the other lady and then her appointment ended up coming in super. Late like at 4:25 and she could just do my refill and it was some really short nail they would’ve off taken her too long!! I will definitely won’t go back there bad service
