Made a reservation and then waited forever to be able to Checkin. Very slow and inefficient service - appeared that the manager was doing all roles by herself. After checking in - waited forever to get a car. They had no car ready to go despite the reservation. A complete mess!

I came here on a Saturday around 11:00 so it got pretty busy. Thanks to Ashley and everyone else on the clock for being so helpful and patient. That day was such a stressful and they helped make it better. Also if you plan on using a debit card you might need to bring forms that verify your current address.

The staff were very professional and friendly. I worked with Dylan and he took care of all of my needs and answered all of my questions. They showed great teamwork and went out of their way for their customers. I will continue to use this location as my go to truck rental company and I will recommend this specific location to all.

Worst rental car center I've ever been too. I was forced to use this specific center because of my car insurance company. The first car they gave me felt like it was going to break - alignment was messed up, shocks were out and brakes squealed every single time. When I called about the car, they told me the brake sound were the censors. The car was also given to me on an empty and wasn't clean even though it had the "this car has been cleaned" paper inside. I brought the car back because I was so scared to drive it - full tank by the way. The second car was also filthy, it was damaged and the tank was also empty.

This Enterprise branch in San Leandro was awesome. they are so helpful and they will take care of you. i would like to commend Ashley/Naomi/Elena/Brandon. guys keep up the good work i will recommend Enterprise San Leandro Branch. and for sure will rent again in the future. Thank you so much.

I sure hope these two young men still work here because I had lost the card with their names on it until today. After my car was broken into while trying to be stolen it went into the shop for repairs. My insurance sent me to Enterprise. While this is a popular rental company I had to wait one day for availabilty. They reserved me a car for the very next day. There was hardly any wait time. The staff was quick and very kind. Well upon my return The young man by the name of Tramar who was helping me check out gave me a wonderful discount seeing that even with insurance I still had to pay and it was a hard time for me. He was so sweet and kind I almost cried. And to the young man Orlando who shuttled me to the repair shop thank you for the great conversation and laughs. Even without insurance this will be my choice for any rental need.

Bought a car from them on 9/25/23 at the Marina location. I was told they would mail me the second key for the vehicle in less than 10 days. A month goes by and I give them a call and it turns out that they don't have the second key, that I need to go to dealership but that Enterprise will pay. I call East Bay BMW on 11/3/23 and they tell me they can make the key asap. I call enterprise and the manager tells me he needs "approval" to pay for the key and the programming which will be about $500. Today is 12/27/23 and no update. Doesn't respond to emails or gives me a call for an update. It's been 93 days and no update whatsoever. What will happen when I have an emergency and I lose my key and I don't have a spare one? Definitely won't recommend buying a European car from them since they don't have the second keys.

Tremar was such a big help! I had to rent a car for a few weeks due to an accident and he made the process super easy. Renting a car was one less thing I had to worry about. He’s super knowledgeable and deserves a raise! Thanks a bunch!

Great service and helpful staff. As a former employee of Enterprise I hold branches to a higher standard. The branch manager Adriana Montenegro did a superb job.
