Probably worse than Roadrunner freight. Be advised if you pay for 3-day select, that means 2 weeks. And they pawn an extra palet under yours, for you to get rid of. These bad practices will dissolve any of their efforts over the long run!

Their driver physically threatened me in front of witnesses. And he was driving an enterprise rent a truck with a different company’s name on his shirt so this company is totally shady.If that wasn’t bad enough, when he told me he was drag and drop, I got a dolly. When he said the item was too heavy and I said that’s all I have he said (all witnessed) “that’s not my problem,” and started to t leave with my item. Someone from my building came to help and the driver locked up his truck stating “I don’t need this” and wouldn’t tell me his name. The building guy had me sign for the item (I guess he got the maniac driver to to give him $100 to help me beforirt he to physically advance on me (witnessed). “SAY IT AGAIN!” A building guy had to hold him back. I use a cane and I was seated and sobbing —a real threat. He kept physically advancing on me yelling “SAY IT AGAIN!” When I said don’t come closer or I’ll call the police, he yelled “REFUSED!” Drew an angry line on the paperwork and stalked away.Terrifying. Not even sure this is a legitimate company is the driver wears a different company’s shirt and drives a rented truck. Scary. Am contacting the BBB

Am contacting the BBBUPDATE: my sister had to call the company because I couldn't stop vomiting from the upset and spoke with a nice man named MATT there who said a) they have had complaints about this very driver before b) they would "look into it" (see Briana's note below) c) the only way to ensure I wouldn't be threatened again was to pay $550 for "white glove service." Mind you, not offered for free to try and mitigate the damage the driver did--a driver they KNEW was threatening abc aggressive--but was offered as the only way to ensure I was safe. And not offered for FREE to apologize for the threats. No.I have to pay.$550ExtraOr they might send the same driver back.Seriously??????Brianna, why don't you look into THAT and get back to me.

I ordered multiple large products (bathtub, vanity, countertop, etc.) through home depot which uses estes delivery as their shipper. Each product came broken and smashed... even 2 solid quartz countertops. I had to return it and re-order from companies that use a different shipper.Also, twice they tried to deliver products that required signatures a day earlier than what they stated on the tracking, so no one was home to accept the delivery which even prolonged the time I had to wait to receive the items ... which were eventually delivered BROKEN.Estes delivery is probably the worst shipping company i've ever dealt with. Sorry, home depot is losing probably thousands or even millions a year using this company for their products.

We ordered 5 spools of green coppers #4 and it took 14 days to reach to Mecca Ca which is only a few hours drive .Their tracking website kept saying it is in transition even after receiving it!

Ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's. Delivery was supposed to be Wednesday. The day came and went, Thursday came and went. Friday, I came outside to take my dogs out and the Fridge had been left, on a slope, in my driveway, in the pouring rain! The boxed was left directly on the ground, no pallet, in a large puddle. I have been home all day, a there was no call, email, text, or messenger pigeon that alerted us that the delivery was taking place today. The delivery driver was even so kind as to leave a bunch of broken plastic tie downs scattered all over. I have no idea how long the fridge has been sitting in the rain because, again, no notice it was being delivered. I'm hoping there is no damage, although the fridge company makes clear I have to declare any issues while the delivery driver is there. I have taken delivery of many many many large items in the past and I have always been given the opportunity to inspect the delivery and note any damage. This company "delivered" with about as much care as the people who dump old furniture on street corners in the middle of the night.

This is NOT the place you would want to work! The terminal Manager Ruperto Macapagal does not know how to do his job and has certain employee's he favors. The Outbound Operations Supervisor Daniel Tobar does not know how to be professional with his employee's, he will let certain employee's he is "friends" with hang out in the office, take long breaks and not do any work.Daniel Tobar is also a bully to the employee's he does not care for and will belittle them on the dock while they are working.Complaints have been made to Maya Mendoza the HR Regional Manager of how the employee's are being treated and nothing has been done.This company really needs better management all around.

Driver acknowledge the damage of the crate & took photo during delivery. I failed to have him write down the information. I called about the damage and the company and said the guy no longer worker there after 2 weeks of the delivery date. Unfortunately, I didn't know that I'm supposed to have the driver to write down the damage on the paper, the company won't honor any claim. Unethical & dishonest company! Don't use them!!!

Terrible customer service! There were specific directions for my order to be delivered to my door, but the driver insisted on "curbside pickup" for a huge pallet! The packaging was also partly damaged. One of the worst freight delivery services I have ever dealt with.

Terrible!! The absolute worst service ever Never use them if you have a choice. The delivery guys are contractors and have no regard for customer's. I went through an insane three week process trying to get my property delivered once it was in their hands. They tried to make me pay hundreds of dollars extra for their mistake. It was only because of one employee at the local hub who bothered to listen and think about what they had done that I ultimately got a satisfactory resolution, but if you look at their reviews and read peoples experience it is clear that this company cannot provide quality service and a favorable experience. No one should ever use them.

Always late. Estimated deliveries are always changing. It's funny how shipments you are not expecting arrives at a decent time and shipments you are expecting are always late.It's also silly that when you call to track with your shipment, the automation prompts you to enter your tracking number a couple times, but when you select to speak to an associate, the person answering asks for the tracking number again. How many times do I need to repeat it?If you want anything delivered on time, select to have a guaranteed delivery date. Often, another business contracts Estes to delivery for them, and generally, a guaranteed delivery is not selected to save money. Despite that, if there is an estimated delivery provided, it should be delivered by EOD that day or at east provide a truly realistic delivery date.

I hardly ever leave bad reviews but I feel the need to let people know how this company does business. If your item goes through this company and your route is an inconvenience to them you will need to call them multiple times to get them to actually bring your order to you. Multiple times they would tell me "We are sorry we will get it to you tomorrow, your routes not that easy" to which it does not show the next day and I'm left calling them and going through the same exact motions. If this had happened once I'd understand. However each time this company has been involved in the shipping process THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS. If it was up to me I'd never use this company and I will absolutely never recommend them. Horrible business
