Site Manager Jamison Morris welcomed us warmly, knew his job well, and helped us a great deal when we signed up for a space on 8/13/2024. Prices are competitive and the facility is relatively new and secure. (We looked at a nearby competitor after a preliminary search for what we wanted.)

The manager here is awesome he's so polite and patient. I was with my older aunt who didn't understand exactly all of the fine print of the contract for the storage we were getting. And he was so patient with her it was really sweet. I recommend going here not just for the good selection of storages but for a1 customer service.

Stefan and Jamison are great, I’ve rented many storage units in the past and they are doing it right. They went out of their way to help when I had missed my move in date and are friendly and professional. Also I was coming from SF and appreciated the property was in great shape and not far from the dumbarton bridge

My experience today was awesome. The gentleman(Stefan) and pray I didn’t butcher the correct spelling of his name. He had great customer service, he also acknowledged me when I came in while he was on the phone diligently taking care of another customer. After we figured out the size unit that was needed the process was no longer a process. It turned into to ppl jus having causal conversation. I was showed the grounds and also made sure my code work to access the premises. Thank you again for your time and patience

Jameson was super helpful! Facility looks clean and up to date. They have pest-control, climate control, and options to store vehicles. I was disappointed in the other storage facilities I toured around here, until I found Extra Space Storage. Very happy to find this place.

Walked in to pay my storage bill and the gentleman at the counter (around 5pm 1/23/24) was knowledgeable and helped me get resolve my payment issues, he made suggestions, was patient and kind. This is the type of customer service that is very much needed these days. He deserves a raise- 5 stars!!
