Awesome experience. Marcus in particular is a great sales person. Simple, efficient, transparent. He got us the best deal: using all the discounts possible with GM loyalty, GM supplier and what not and added their own max rebate. No back and forth forever, just straight up best offer. Thank you for making this experience easy. And the entire team is easy going and fun.

My salesperson was helpful patient, and kind. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale, all questions were answered clearly. The owner was also very kind and thorough in the sale process even though it was getting late. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Service was fine for oil change. However, I need to order a replacement fender flare and was told to go to a third party shop. I also needed TPS (tire pressure) fixed and was again told to go to a third party shop. Since many services are not offered at the dealer, I'll be taking truck to third party shops for all my service needs moving forward.

This place is horrible when it comes to communication I bought my car from there that part was a breeze. Sold the car been trying to cancel my warranty for over a month now an everytime I call they give me the runaround went in person say for over hour n half waiting never got help an have been emailing the financial manager for over 6 weeks never email call or anything see that place an run an try somewhere else also not to mention that the truck I traded in was getting fast track tickets for weeks

I hate that I could only give this experience 5 stars! I was lucky enough to work with Johnel & Anthony on my purchase and they were nothing short of amazing. I expressed my concerns, desires, and budget and was able to drive away comfortably in a new car. Every staff member I encountered was helpful, informative & able to answer any questions I had. Definitely will be recommending anyone who’s searching for a car to check this location/dealership out.

Long story short: I ordered a Silverado in June 2023. I started checking on status mid-September and found production was complete so I reached out to FHD. No response. Kept trying and finally they responded at the end of Sept that they sold my truck to someone else. How does that happen? It had my name and order number on it. This dealership is a disorganized MESS and I will never do any business with them.I am currently re-ordering with someone else but now there is a UAW strike. Was really counting on this truck coming in because we need another vehicle. Thanks for nothing, FH Dailey.

Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with this car service. The indifferent staff seem unwilling to assist, and their lack of interest is blatantly obvious. They provide exceptionally high service quotes without any attempt to justify them, and they even have the gall to charge significantly more for parts than other prices available online. It feels like daylight robbery!To make matters worse, their representatives seem unaware of how to return a phone call. When you finally manage to connect with a customer service representative, it quickly becomes apparent that they are disinterested. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to deal with the incompetence at FH Dailey. Their approach epitomizes a poor customer experience and it's frustrating!

The FH Dailey sales team is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Greg is great, helping find the exact spec we've wanted each time. Unlike some other dealers, Finance isn't pushy with the add-ons.
