Stay away from this place. Worst sales people Also the worse management. Yes they have a lot of cars They are cheating sales people. Stay away from greg Kim. He tried to cheat me on the contract many times.

I was shopping for a 2022 Silverado during the chip and inventory issues. I found other dealers selling them 5-10 thousand over MSRP calling it market adjustment. I came across FH Dailey and was pleased to hear they weren't doing that. I dealt with Denny Samuel. He was very responsive and helpful. I traded in my 2010 Truck for a fair trade in towards my new 2022 Truck. Denny was straight up with me and earned my business.

This place is employed with dishonest and selfish people. I went in a few months ago to check out the inventory. Talking to a sales rep (Denny) and he said "if you order a car online and choose our dealership for pickup, you can get it for MSRP." I obviously told him heck yes because of the shortage right now, every dealer ship is marking up the price on cars a lot. Now we come to today, Denny calls me and the car is in. They run my credit with all the paper work and get approved but they only want me to finance it through GM financial. They had the highest rate out of all the banks. I told them I will finance through my own bank with a better rate and said if that's the case. There not going to sell me the car unless it's financed through them. Breaking promises over a couple dollars is bad business even with how the market is right now. Scams!!! Avoid this place as much as possible. Making the car buying experience very difficult.

I have purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Suburban in September 2021. Recently I started having issues with the Sunroof. When I open it, it gets stuck and will not open. There is no damage to the interior of the vehicle at all and I take very good care of it. I have taken it to the FH Dailey Chevrolet dealer to get this issue taken care of as its under warranty. After the dealerships review of the issue they indicated they could not help me. Their explanation was extremely vague and had no validity as I barely use the Sunroof. Mind you I spent over $80,000 for this vehicle and purchased a extended warranty in case issues like this arise. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate to this fact. Their customer service was no where near satisfactory and I am very disappointed and something needs to be done immediately.

Horrible Dealership, Terrible customer service. The guy that wasnt even trying to sell me a car, forgot his name, he was an indian skinny young guy, i think he was the manager of this place. Was being so sarcastic and rude while i was asking him simple questions about the cars by saying things like " are u sure u can afford it"..... Very terrible service, its like he wasnt even TRyINg to sell cars!! It took me less than 10 minutes to turn around and not even keep looking here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Very small variety of cars, super expensive, and to top it off bad service. Waste of time. Thats why its so empty inside. Bought my current car at NORMANDIN DEALERSHIP in San Jose. Thats the place u need to go.

At best: sexist towards women; at worst: violent towards women. After months of waiting for the bolt I wanted to come in, I had finally worked out what i thought was a deal with Jeremy and Greg. I explained to them that I am a busy professional and mother and would only come to sign papers if I knew we had an agreement, which we finally came to in writing. Just as I was about to head there to sign, I get a call to say the car I had agreed to was now sold. But not to worry because the "holy grail" was available to me for the same monthly lease payment and down payment. When I asked to see the numbers in writing, including the total cost of the car, I was told I could not. I replied "I am not coming down there if I don't see the numbers." Greg then replied "you are going to come down here because I told you to." And then caught himself and tried to correct..."because I told you the numbers and we had a deal and I'm driving there on my day off to do this deal with you." Not that it seemed they care, but Dailey lost my business not just because of their sheisty last minute change up business tactics but also because I will never give business to a salesman who angrily tells me to "come down here because I told you to." Shameful.

I made an appointment to see a vehicle for sale on FH Dailey's website for later the same day. The person I was speaking with sent me a message and said we would have to reschedule as someone else was looking at the car. I emailed them the next day to see if it was still available and no response. I called the dealership to confirm its availability and was told that yes it was but a manager had taken the car on a personal trip for the next week. I'm sorry but this is so unprofessional. I was a paying customer and had my appointment canceled the day of so that an employee could personally use the car?? Isn't selling the car and getting it off the lot the point? Not to mention I was lied to in order to cancel my initial appointment. Bad business practices....

Saw my dream truck online and decided to check the box for "price watch" on the FH Dailey website. Within a couple hours I had been reached out to personally by a sales rep. He checked in about where I was at and suggested I come take a look. Truck was parked out front on my arrival. I was offered a test drive and fell in love. My sales rep Michael walked me through all the steps and made sure I got the best offers available. Everything worked out really nicely. Everyone there was super nice, and I felt very relaxed and welcome. Drove away in my dream truck, getting a solid trade in on my old truck. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

This business is pretty unprofessional communication level is bad, I won't get into every detail I had a detailed post don't understand how it was removed. Recently I made an appointment & no one put it in the system so I took a day off for nothing. This is the west dealership I've ever encountered. Horrible customer service!

We had a phenomenal experience throughout the purchase process while working with Jason (GSM) and Greg! They were extremely fair and honest with pricing given the current conditions and made the entire process a breeze! In all my years of purchasing cars this was my fastest dealership experience, I was in and out within 15 minutes when I came in to sign the papers! (Big thanks to Greg for this, as he knew we were driving a few hours each way to pickup the car and made it as easy as possible.) Overall I cannot recommend Jason and his team enough, they were amazing to deal with! What impressed me most was their honesty and their great customer service. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future Chevy purchases!

I had a really good lease experience with F.H. Dailey for my Volt hybrid EV. I loved the car and it ran great, mostly just using the electric motor. Their service team was top notch and was always available to help me out. Returning the vehicle at lease end was super easy as well thanks to Sebastian, who offered really fast and fun customer service. Two thumbs up!!
