Stopped by the FedEx store in San Leandro this morning to return a package. My label was black and white and missing the red battery warning. One of the staff noticed right away, asked for the return email, and printed a color version for me—no hassle, no mention of cost. He was helping other customers too but still took the time to stick the label on my box. Super helpful, clean, and efficient. 5 stars!

The assistant manager Anthony was super helpful. I was having issues with self printing and he was able to fulfill my ask within 5 mins. Great service.

We visited this branch today and I can't believe there's three guys at the front desk and all of them are completely useless.
You can see there's a line of people waiting to be helped and the guys act just like nothing is happening, ignoring them all instead of asking how to help them. Such a horrible customer service.
I bet you guys can do much better!

I’ve had good and bad experiences, but most of them have been really bad. The service is really slow, the staff is rude, and sometimes they just ignore you.

Two of the front desk are doing nothing. They will ask you go to other the side and then ask you to go back to other line.

If your package is heavy don’t use fedex because they fake attempt and one time I put instruction at the gate saying that “please just leave the package at the gate” because that was the 3rd time and if I miss that one i need to go pick it up and they didn’t left on the gate instead they put the paper says “We missed you.” and that was the last attempt then i have call the customer service, And they have terrible workers tho tbh. They just wanna end their jobs faster.

My family has always used this location and I’ve always had good customer service. I get a bike is a unique item to send, but I don’t understand why someone removed pieces of my bike that are not supposed to be removed. Also, bolts and nuts seemed to be tossed into the box (with some missing). One of my wheels was sticking outside of the box when I received it and the disc was bent. I wish they would have been more honest and upfront with the process. They were the ones who said they could pack it for me. I could have just taken it to a bike shop for them to remove what needed to be removed and now my favorite bike isn’t even worth to have it put back together. Severely disappointed!

To print two pages and scan them it took three staff members to execute the simple task 47 minutes and they failed. Associates tend to drop clients as hot potatoes to pick up other tasks and forget about clients. If f you are pressing for time and need assistance, perhaps this is not an option.
