Consistently will either have a delivery come hours after the window I was given or FedEx will claim a driver attempted to deliver when I was home and there was no such attempt (cameras confirm this). It's one thing for this to happen once or twice, but every time I have a signature-required delivery, it's the same story where I'm waiting around to catch them and they're late or they simply don't bother.

I should be able to talk to a representative without having label or tag numbers. There was nothing left on my door or anywhere so how can I get my packages if o don’t have the information to give you.

A fedex driver delivered my package to the wrong address and even had the nerve to take a picture. If the address on the box doesn’t match the address where you left it don’t deliver it!!!!! Simple. I spent a lot of money on that package. It’s always fedex with their lazy drivers.

Said my package would be delivered between 11 and 2 today. I watched the delivery vehicle's location go all around the streets near me on the map, but they never stopped and attempted to deliver it. Eventually I watched it drive back to the warehouse. It continues to say it's on the way to me despite the fact that they removed the expected delivery time and date.

I’m another that if I could give ZERO star I would. Two attempts to deliver to a business that doesn’t open at 5am, driver probably wanted to get on with their shift. Customer service doesn’t even help because whatever information you give them still doesn’t get to the driver. No manager or supervisor to talk to and really address this issue so you get caught in this endless loop. Again dealing with them has been like a Twilght Zone episode, I hate it

Never ending track record of not even attempting deliveries with signatures required. Late for work waiting for a package they never tried to deliver. Ridiculous.

Don't hold a package with FedEx for packages over 50 pounds, they will scan refused and you have to pay postage again
