I showed up to rent instead of doing it online. Leo was surprised to see me. I told him I wanted to see an available space and rent. He let me know if I wanted the two-month 50% discount, I needed to do everything online. I'm glad he told me that. I sat just outside the gate and reserved and paid online.
Leo was very helpful. If you need space, I recommend going there, especially if they have a current discount.

Well, honestly at first I wasn't happy because I couldn't access the entrance gate yesterday. However after meeting with Leo, the manager on duty. He was so friendly and quickly solved the issue. His timely response, and customer service based actions made me feel a lot better about storing my items at SecureSpace.

*Kudos* to Staff *Billye!* in helping: a)run the company in general efficiently; b)very recently covering the Martinez site/office and the San Leandro facility); plus c) handling call center & overall company administrative matters such as customer care/payments.
Billye is a superb example of the naturally easygoing personality/smooth professionalism, and really knowing the job- that a person should have in such a position.
Dealing with the public or clients can be difficult because of customer anxiety, concerns and issues, plus be quite time consuming. Such challenges thus require a combination and mastery of multi tasking and public relations skills Billye possesses- that gets new clients and retains them.
I also was once served by staff person(s) Veo?/Vio? & Vic? (quite awhile back before I worked with Billye)and found them to also be patient, know policies & procedures, and sincerely courteous- such factors also getting new customers, and keeping the existing client base a satisfied one, and a repeat one.
Finally, a staff person named Jared from awhile back too ) also reflected what it is to be a genuine customer service rep and knowing the job.
In sum, it is a pleasure to be associated with a company who hires such *quality lead employees such as Billye* whom I am sure is/was a model and inspiration to the other staff named

I came in today looking for prices and climate control units, the facility is outside so they did not have any climate controlled but Sada showed me the size I would need and referred me to the Richmond location to accommodate me. Overall outstanding customer service. Thank you
