This has to be the worst company. Countless illegal actions taken place. They charge you a late fee if you do not pay your bill five days before due date. If you ask for things in writing you will never receive it. I filed at least three grievances not once did I get a response nor did they provide conformation email of events that took play. Poor customer services rude and hostile. Theses kind of sketchy company should be held to the same standards as the good ones. Someone needs to look into Fred loya business practices. This company is problematic and fraudulent.

There are no stars for this company. Fred Loya insurance sucks. I got hit by someone that had fred lots insurance. First you go down to their insurance company and they take pictures of everything that got damaged then they send you the supplement they call it and half of the stuff that happen. is not even on there.they send you a check first they don't even tell you exactly what the check is for it took two weeks to get that done. most people would just cash the check but I didn't do that and then after that you have to fight for the things that got hit and they say no that didn't happen in the accident they won't give you a rental car but they want your car to sit down there until the the appraisal guy comes. That took 4 days. The they keep sending you to different people no one ever calls u back. You spend so much of your time when I'm the person that got hit. I'm doing all the work but they don't won't to pay for that. Supervisors don't even call back. When I got injured they told me that it was a minor accident they won't pay for my doctor visit. And then he says but I can offer you 200.00 dollars. I'm just saying if u get hit by someone that has FRED LOYA INSURANCE THE FIRST THING YOU GET IS A LAWYER. OTHER WISE YOU GET THE RUN AROUND AND THEY HOPE YOU GET TIRED OUT AND FORGET ABOUT IT.

This facility says it opens at 10 for here at 10:30am hoping to beat the crowds. There is no one here there is a note that says went to the bank be back in 20min this is so ridiculous. They should always have more than one person here. The one good thing I will say is that the employee was very helpful and nice and she got here. They clearly need more help at this facility.

I work for a provider and they are impossible to work with. They constantly lose paper work we mail,fax, and email them.Midway through they switched representatives and had the same exact incident happened with them not receiving the paperwork. Finally after the 7th time sending it they never contacted us. 2 months later I get a phone call from the patients telling us they are unable to help her because they never received paper work which is a load of BS. Don't use them
