I give great clips in San Leandro next to Peetes coffee and Habit hurger 1 start for keeping us waiting after checking in online, and wrecking my daughter's hair hair before her upcoming birthday party. Bit I give green house great clips in San Leandro 5 stars for fixing the other great clips "work" and restoring my faith in the companies ability to cut hair.

Myrna Was Wonderful. I Loved the Layered cut she gave me & I got many Compliments. This was my 2nd time with her. Also Richard at Great cuts is Great as well. Both of them are very Kind & Listen to what You want! As Hair Stylists they are Both Top Notch. I'am the oldest daughter of 7 girls. ?My mom owned a Beauty Salon for 22yrs. On Lakeshore in Oakland. So I know when customers are Satisfied! I give them both 5 ?Stars! Sincerely Sara Smothers.

Michelle cuts hair like a badass. 10/10 Stopped by yesterday and was in and out in like 15 minutes, right fade and I got to hear about her travels to EU. The only thing I find frustrating is finding out what days she's working again the rotation makes it difficult to get the same stylist back to back. No photo I'm way too handsome for yelps servers.i don't want them to crash.

Cannot believe they did this to my hair, I asked the simplest thing, “military cut”, wherever you go, it’s a standard cut. She totally ruined my hair. She left some spots longer, and very uneven. Also there is some chopped blonde hair on my face, and my hair is BLACK! Means they didn’t even clean their clipper after each customer. Totally disappointed:(

Worst haircut ever...I wanted layers and the lady just trimmed it, and asked me if I liked it? Seriously?You ruined my hair! To the owner...please hire a reliable hair stylist who can understand what the customer wants.

The lady with white hair doesn't listen to what the client wants, it's a chaos, she cut it too high that it ends up looking stupid, and she still continues it, and it doesn't look good. very unprofessional... disappointing

Overall, decent haircut. I have been coming here for at least 8 yrs and come every 3 weeks or so. Today, i had Thuy and it was my first experience with her. Clearly her years of customer service are no longer existent. Her hair clips were full of hair and I had to tell her to please clean and disinfect her equipment before she started with my haircut. 1st red flag, she Clearly got upset. I asked her that I wanted my sideburns faded into my haircut. She didn't do it and her excuse was that my sideburns (top half of my ear area) was my beard and that wasn't part of the haircut. (Pic) Umm that is not my beard! She did it after I corrected her but as you can see, horrible. Last thing, I wanted a rinse because I wasn't going home to shower. Her response "We don't do rinses for simple haircuts." Wow... As I was paying she then said we can do the shampoo rinse for $10. I was so over her poor attitude that I told her, nah, you clearly don't want or care about my wellbeing or business. I will return but definitely will make sure that angry older lady never touches my hair again.
