I went looking for the kitchen cabinets and countertops at many reputable places such as KZ, Kingsway, Sincere, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. I couldn't find what fitted my budget with good quality products and would look nice as well. Almost decided to go with KZ, but I found out about Connie through one of FB local recommendation page. I went to see Connie to try my luck and immediately I was so happy to go there. She is what people said about. Connie is the best! She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I would want for my kitchen set up. She gave me such good suggestions, her design was easy to help me picture of the new kitchen. Plus, she is very sweet, friendly and especially very responsive. Best of all, she helped me to got such a good nice looking cabinets with a great deal. I bought the countertops from GS and hired her team for fabrication installation. Ming and other guy were at my house at the time promised and did a nice job. My husband and I are very happy to go with Connie. Thank you Connie!

We love our beautiful kitchen. Staffs have a great vision in designing; they have a lot experience, very skillful and detailed-oriented, and very mindful; they often check with us to ensure they are performing the jobs we want. Totally recommend them. Give them a ring if you decide to remodel your kitchen or bathrooms.

We chose GS Granite to remodel our kitchen in San Leandro because it was one stop shopping. We told Connie what we wanted and gave her the measurements, as well as pictures of our kitchen. She did a design that worked for us. We chose the granite and cabinets from their showroom. They came out and remeasured everything. The demo, electrical, plumbing, and installation was all done by the crew. Connie was so nice and patient with us and everyone went out of their way to be accommodating. When they were done it was just beautiful! We recommend their services very highly and will use them in the future.

This is my belated thanks to Connie and the cabinet installation crew at GS Granite & Cabinet. We purchased cabinets and installation service for our entire new kitchen and several bathrooms. First Connie's cabinet design was very impressive. It really helped us visualize quickly. She was also extremely patient, fair and detailed oriented. Then we also had pleasant experience with the installation crew. They were simply honest and hard working. They even helped me to move a few heavy amazon deliveries into the house. Thank you Connie & GS!

Connie helped me design my small kitchen cabinets. I visited the showroom several times before deciding and asked a lot of questions. She was extremely patient and worked very hard picking out cabinets that would make my kitchen look updated and more functional. We ran into some problems with fitting all the upper cabinets in the corner of my kitchen. Her solution was to make me a custom cabinet! It turned out perfect! I was so grateful she did not give up until I was happy! I had my own installer but if I had to do it all over again I definitely would have had GS Granite install my cabinets.

GS granite upgraded my whole house: new kitchen, new bathrooms (5), new floor and much more. The owner Donald and manager Connie were very patient and knowledgeable with tons of industry experience. They have some of the top quality kitchen cabinets and tiles. They had great taste and did an awesome job in designing my kitchen and bathrooms, free of charge. I have received countless compliments on the upgrade. I have been told by friends and relatives that I would have been charged much more if I had chosen a different company. Great people, great company. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking to upgrade/remodel your property. I'll use their services again for future projects.

Spent almost 16,000 to get kitchen and bathroom remodeled very unsatisfactory workmanship substandard materials had to replace all the screws to the 38 hinges because they use screws that were too short shower was leaking underneath the door asked to have it fixed was told couldn't do anything to hire another contractor to fix it worst place ever if you want to have it done right. Avoid this place at all costs extremely unsatisfactory

My kitchen project was initiated two years ago and I made the mistake of starting at Sincere in Oakland. The customer service was awful, I had to fight to get someone's attention, and once I did, the person designing my kitchen had no interest in helping me. She put a bunch of cabinets on paper and said "here". I asked if there was a way to lay things out differently and she said "no." Well, I knew didn't want 50 bulky cabinets, so I stopped. I was frustrated with the lack of customer service and overwhelmed by all the foot traffic, the place is chaos. Fast forward to January 2017, I reconnected with my contractor and told him I wanted to explore other options. He said he had the perfect vendor in San Leandro and to meet him there at 10 am. I prepared myself for the worst, ready to go in and compete for help, but to my surprise it was just Connie. She was sitting at her computer ready for us with chairs. I couldn't believe how calm it was. Connie gave us a tour of the warehouse, sat us down, punched our measurements into the software, and our kitchen was designed right before our eyes on a big flat screen TV. We sat with Connie for nearly 3 hours, tweaking the design talking with my wife and contractor about different options. We kept changing our mind and asking Connie to make adjustment, usually followed by, "I'm sorry to keep changing things," and she said "don't worry that's what I'm here for. People don't always know what they want so I help them." It was a huge relief not be yelled at or belittled for having a questions, as we experienced at Sincere. What a relief to leave with a beautiful kitchen design that captured everything we wanted, at least we thought. When we returned home to meet with the contractor, our ideas changed again. I contacted Connie to make an adjustments and she was so familiar with our kitchen our adjustments were easily resolved. GS Granite Cabinet was going to close for Chinese New Year, and Connie was familiar with our timeline. To keep us on track, she contacted me over the weekend to arrange a pick up before the holiday closure, and she stayed in contact with me via email and text message to ensure all of our materials needs were met. I love our kitchen layout, cabinets, tile and counter top. Connie supported us in selecting all the materials and color scheme. She's a pro with the design software, is customer service focused and very patient. My only suggestion is to do your own research for cabinet hardware and the backsplash. The hardware will make your cabinets stand out, you don't want to have standard hardware that everyone else is purchasing. Be willing to spend a little more on the hardware and you can probably find less expensive backsplash tile if you do your own research. If you purchase cabinets be sure to buy the stainless steal tray for underneath the cabinet to protect against leaks. It's a little pricey, but the quality is great and it's sure to protect your cabinets against leaks. I would give GS Granite Cabinet 10 stars if I could. The customer service, price and quality is on point.
