Worst experience, the manager is discriminating, unprofessional and rude....I was refused service/ police called for asking a question about how long it would take to receive service ...(back story) i was let in the store by this person and got in line for my return behind another person for at least 5min no one is at the counter she walks up and says nothing, so I asked is there someone who can help us, she snapped back when I'm finishing logging in; I said you don't have to get nasty I was just asking a question, her next statement shocked me...I'm not helping you and you can leave the store, I said I'm not leaving I just need to return this item that's it's, she said I'm calling the police ....I'm like what, call them haven't done anything...so i stand in line and wait till the customer in front me is finished, again shes like im calling the police on you ....by this time I'm furious I gave her a piece of mind....I have no idea how your mgrs are trained but to call the police on a customer for asking a question or maybe because I'm black ...but there is definitely something wrong here.....I have never in my life been treated like this or encountered such a hostile, antagonistic demeanor in a store. Before I left while I'm at the door she says I see your badge (Healthcare worker) I'm like so what does that mean...

Precisely today I went and the employees with very bad character, if they don't feel like going to work, they better not go, it seems like the owners don't help you and to top it off, they are only on the phone. I was busy downloading something and the girl didn't even have her lights. This is our first time on this store. My son loved the Jacket but no size available. We are about to go out but Alex, the Manager asked if we need anything. He go above and beyond checked all other stores if they have it Fortunately, its available in other branch, order it immediately and ship to our house. Thank you Alex continue to be excellent on satisfying your customers. Guess must be lucky to have you.

I have always liked shopping at Guess Factory but today I had a rude lady. Customer service has to be something important because since customers are going to return if they don't serve you well, it's a shame because I won't come to this store to buy. that is here in San Leandro, I will look for another store where they treat me as it should be since it is my money that I am going to leave, no one is going to give me any clothing and whenever I go I never go because I am going to buy a blouse, it is because I buy many things but what's the point of arriving and seeing the one who welcomes you and making you feel less than just because you don't arrive well dressed or because she sees that you don't speak English and the worst thing is that the Latin race itself is really very sad that although They don't want to serve you at least pretend that they like their job customer service they are the attention so that the customer returns
