They are friendly and helpful folks who will find items for you if they do not have them in store. Prices are plenty fair for a brick and mortar. The experience of walking into this place and picking up new things is not the same as shopping online. It is the last of the neighborhood hobby shops, a place that continues on for the benefit of modelers.
