Terrible experience- Motion and Flow made 20 automotive AC hoses out of air brake and hydraulic hose material. The regional manager refuses to take responsibility and return my money. I’m stuck with thousands of dollars in unsafe and unusable hoses.Bad company - do not use. Receipts and hoses available as proof.

Went to this place on a refferal from a long time mechanic and was assisted by new personal who were very polite but however this location says it clises at 5 pm its 3:45 pm right now ....and i was denied service because the only one certified to make my line is leaving at 3:30 ....this is very destressful and frustrating ....do to that my vehicle is sitting in driveway with transmission on the floor because i needed this hose to be made ....they even showed me the materials but didnt do it for whatever reason ....if i could i would rate .her the certified hose crimper a negitive star .cuz the waste of time money i spent to get here i feel she owns me. ....but no worries my buisness will be taken else where .as well as any referance to this location for her lazyness ...very in convienent nd unprofessional ...whatever happen to customer satisfaction ....

September 8th while working on a yamar SV08 Mini Excavator with a hydraulic leak. I discovered it had a ruptured hose . I proceeded to Parker hose and fitting store 7010. I was greeted immediately once entering the store by a sales associate. she showed very professionalism when she spoke, how can I help you . I replied I need a hose to be manufactured. she said , no problem I will gladly take care of this. while sitting waiting I noticed several other customers came in and were all greeted in the same professional manner . One customer particular they were unsuccessful in assisting he due to lack of suppy. what impressed me the most is instead of telling him I'm sorry I can't help you. they proceeded to refer him to that competitor to see if he or she can assist him further .Now thats what I call great customer service and why I will always continue to go To Parker hose and fitting.Thank you Senia and Ralph for all you do...
