Been with them for a few years but I'm ready to move on. They had a few good years but this year was really bad. They were unresponsive or took really long to respond. Came back with a fat tax bill with zero explanation. And then forces you to pay the bill before you can see your return, I get it... but this becomes a problem when your agent made mistakes and over report AND over charge fees to your client. They fixed the filing but still haven't heard back on the over charge.
Worst of all is the complete lack of context and advisory on how to save next year. Why am I paying close to 1k to just do simple W2, 1099 and one k1?
Cannot in good conscience recommend them

They charge you more if you have stocks sold. Other than that most tax refund I have received in ages.

Don’t come here if you want to your taxes . Hispanic man that’s bald or balding. Decides to rip me off in my taxes and tells me rudely told me not to park so I left I’m a hurry because I don’t condone rude behavior. If you want to get scammed do not come here
