She was very professional, asked in detail what I am looking for and send an email with my options. She wasn't persuasive like some other agents contacted me. She gave me enough time go over the details. Did a follow up call to explain it as per my request. Once it's finalized, She helped me with the payment and other paperwork as well. Never had any issues with the policies I have taken. Once I moved to the new Job, I contacted Rashaun again and she helped me with the cancellation of the temporary policy as well. Recommend for the quality of service and professionalism exhibited by Rashaun.”
