“My spouse and I are elderly and don’t write online reviews, but we have been so pleased with State Farms Ins. particularly Samantha Harris, that we wanted to share just a few of our experiences.

To give a background, we had our homes insured through a “Well Known” Insurance company for over 30 years. We sold our last home and were in the process of buying a final home in a Senior Citizen community, just needed final documents proof of home insurance. Unfortunately, our Insurance company wanted to wait a few days before providing, but this delay would cause us to lose the home.

In desperation, our Realtor reached out to his Insurance company (State Farms) and spoke to his agent Samantha and explained the situation. Samantha was very understanding, she immediately started the process for home insurance and completed everything the same day, and we got the home. Right then, we transferred over to State Farms for our Insurance and have been with them ever since. (Days later we received calls from our previous Insurance company requesting us to reinstate, but we informed them we will be staying with State Farms).

Samantha is such a pleasure. She answers our calls on the first ring, and if she is not in the office, she returns our calls promptly. She is professional and patient when speaking to us and answering our questions. Although we’ve never met her in person, over the years she has become to us more than our insurance agent but a friend.

As stated earlier, we were with a ‘’well known” company for over 30 years but we’ve never received anyone to work with us so caring. Due to our experience with Samantha, we highly recommend State Farms Ins.”
