Best tax service around Pam was the best tax lady I've ever had

I made my appointment online with Jackson-Hewitt online. I was greeted with a warm greeting from Ms. Pam when I arrived. Ms. Pam was through and knowledgeable about tax codes and tax preparation. Although, I was missing a document Ms Pam waited patiently as I retrieved the tax documents information. From there Ms.Pam entered my information and to my surprise I was getting back a nice refund after years getting little or nothing at all. I definitely will be coming back as a return and satisfied customer! I’m telling all my family and friends about Ms Pam at this JH location!! If you want your taxes done right go see Ms Pam and you won’t be disappointed!

Jackson Hewitt Tax is always very good getting my taxes done. I never have a problem and I have been relying on Jackson Hewitt for many years. Pam always do my taxes. She is excellent. Even the persons who work there when I get there are so nice and friendly.

Pam is amazing and very helpful. She makes sure she does your taxes the right way and helps you receive the refund you deserve! I have been going to this location and to Pam for over 8 years and I have no complaints. I started going to her before I had any children and well 3 girls later and 8 year down the line and I am still going to continue with Pam and my taxes with Jackson Hewitt. She is what other locations should strive to be like. Perfect example of GREAT SERVICE

When it’s tax time and you need to file. This is the right place to come. I was referred by my cousin who file here and is a regular customer. I’ll recommend anyone to come here. The staff are so polite and welcoming. They all make you feel comfortable. Ms. Pam is who filed my taxes the first year me coming here. She knows her stuff and can get you the maximum refund even if you owe taxes back. She’s a very wonderful person. It’s worth the wait. This year Ms. Tracey filed my taxes and she is too a very amazing soul. The time and patience she had with me and my paperwork was outstanding. I am now a regular customer. They are very charismatic and professional. I’ll go nowhere else but here. The Best Jackson Hewitt location.
