I LOVE this place. JDM Engine Bay has been my go-to place whenever I need drivetrain or body parts for any of my Japanese vehicles. They consistently have the best prices, best quality products and best customer service in the business. I recently moved away from the area and tried using a local company to source an engine and was very disappointed with what I received, first thing next business day I called JDM Engine Bay and they had what I needed, in stock, in GREAT shape with pictures and a compression test performed. I don’t know why I even bothered trying someplace else, these guys are the best in the game. Thank you guys so much for everything you do and have done for me over the years!

? stop scrolling and purchase your JDM engine from these gentlemen!! I searched other North/ Bay area JDM sellers and felt best with Gio and his awesome crew!I bought an Outback 2.5 engine. The car passed smog and has been in great running condition. I toured the shop and selected my engine of my choice. They have a large,clean selection of engines. I placed my trust in them and so should you:)Enjoy

They sent us the proper diff after a trans swap on a Subaru free of charge once we realized the JDM trans had a different ratio than the US car we were repairing. Thank you! Will buy from you again :)

I went for 2 engines and a transmission for some client’s vehicles I was working on , Gio and Dean were very much help in helping me find what I need and how to do the work , they are very knowledgeable with the work I was doing and I came back to my shop with very happy clients and I came back as a very happy customer.

I am very satisfied with the engine and transmission I purchased from JDM engine bay! Price wasn't bad at all and it showed up in 3 days to me in ohio and was very clean. Not a smudge on it at all. Looked like a crate engine. Runs great just like they said it would! If your needing an engine for your ride, JDM engine bay is the way to go!!!

One of the best Depots in the states. These guys are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They helped me source an 05 wrx engine with ease and made 100 times easier to make sure it fit my car! Would definitely buy again!

I am on my 3ed engine with JDM engine bay and I will not be buying from anyone els! These engines are the REAL DEAL import from Japan and not pulled from crashed cars in America and sold out of a bay like others I have dealt with! These engines are truly almost new when you buy them. Aside from the Engines, the people who run this place are beyond amazing! Gio the guy at the front counter is extremely knowledgeable and gives you tips on what parts you need to interchange between your old unit to the new import. I also got to meet the owner today who is an extremely humble man and helped me load my new engine up. I recommend anyone to not hesitate one bit to buy an engine or transmission from these guys even if you have to wait for the next shipment it is worth every penny! I will be back for more!Thank you everyone!!
