Recently purchased a reclining sectional sofa and had a great experience.We worked with Ocean and Andrew who were both very professional and helpful. They helped us order all the pieces we needed, schedule the delivery, and helped navigate out of stock items.

Purchased a bedroom set spent over 6,000 dollars . The nightstand and dresser are chipping away for no reason. Called today to see if I had a warranty and was told I was past the year cut off. Truly dissatisfied with this furniture waste of money , cheaply made. My fault for not calling sooner but I will never purchase anything from this company again!

Can't trust their delivery estimates, sales rep will tell you whatever they feel like it seems. We ordered something, they told us it would be 3 weeks but assured us it would not be longer than that. Looking like we're going to be waiting at least 2 weeks beyond that deadline, which now starts to conflict with a trip we had planned. Will update review post delivery, might go up or down from here.

The return policy is not customer friendly. They sold me a picture during the holiday. Double wrapped in plastic and placed it in my car. Once I unwrapped it I could see damage to the picture. Refused to refund after 7 days, even though the damage was their fault. Never shopping at Living Spaces again. Find somewhere else to spend your money to avoid shady business practices.

I love the spacious showroom and the gorgeous furniture is not all bunched up. It has great flow. The best thing is the staff. They leave you alone if you don't have questions. I will not shop in a business that dogs my every step. Going back in a week to buy a lovely bed.

Helpful and friendly sales people that weren't pressuring for you to buy. Great to be able to see and test out pieces in person. Can buy in store or order on line for delivery. Reasonable shipping times for furniture pieces.

Went back in the store to look at a particular product. Taylor assisted us right away and was very knowledgeable and helpful. It made our visit and experience very smooth and easy. Very commendable!

Wow! I had a great time buying our couch at Living Spaces in San Leandro. The emplyee Taylor was very pretty! sweet ! and very helpful! me and my partner were indecisive on what couch to pick between our options and when asking her on her opinion, she provided her opinion and it made sense! we went along with that choice (which was originally our choice) but she helped us be sure of that choice. Which i appreciated! she gave us time to talk and think about our choice, which we appreciated as well! so many stores don’t give you that extra time, and Taylor did.the checkout process was very smooth, and thanks to her all of our questions were answered! we need more people like Taylor! ? side note- whoever plays music at this location while customers shop knows where it’s at ?? it keeps the place modern, and cool.THANK YOU TAYLOR!!! ??

Worst place ever, living spaces in San Leandro had the worst supervisor and manager ever. I trusted the worker and told her 10ft which is 120 inches for the couch and she wrote 127 inches. I made a mistake by trusting her and signed the papers with out make sure. Now I’m pay $700 extra for a smaller couch. I went there to save money, end up pay more than I would at any where else. After telling them, they wouldn’t help me with anything. This is our first time buying couches. It was supposed to be a happy and fun moment for my kids, husband, and me. Now every time I remember this day, all I think about how no one cares about what your going through or how they’re affecting your life. I stayed two days on the phone trying to get through to someone to help me but no use. Everyone said the same thing. Sorry, sorry sorry can’t help you, can’t do anything. But I hope people who could have helped and didn’t help. I hope they be in the same situation one day. See how much it hurts. They killed the families, happiness to fix there home and charging them extra for it.

DON'T SHOP AT ANY LIVING SPACES! My wife and I have shopped here before and had similar experiences both times. We will never buy from any Living Spaces again. The in-store staff is friendly and helpful, but numerous unacceptable issues arise when dealing with distribution and customer service.For example, our sofa was scheduled for delivery and it never arrived. No one called to inform us. After we called to inquire, they rescheduled a six-hour window from 6pm-midnight on a workday. Again, the delivery never arrived without any notification. We were also unable to track our order online due to the website not working. After calling the following day, we were informed that our item was lost. We were provided with a direct phone number to bypass standard customer service, which was useless since no one would pick up the phone---it always went straight to voicemail, which was never returned. We had also been told that a manager would contact us within 24 hours, which never happened. Three days later two different people called to inform us that our sofa had been located and to confirm a new delivery window. That window came and the online tracking stopped working again. We called to see when the item was arriving and were told that it had not been scheduled for delivery. This representative also refused to let us speak with a manager, so we have no idea if/when our sofa will arrive. Completely unacceptable. Meanwhile, we have no furniture due to just having moved, and my expecting wife is reduced to sitting on an air mattress and lawn chair---we had disposed of our previous couch the day the new one was originally supposed to arrive.Update:The delivery was rescheduled twice since then and no one ever showed up. That's a total of FIVE missed 6-hour delivery windows without any notice (before, during, or after) from Living Spaces. After another 3 days, we were finally contacted by a manager who informed us that our sofa was at the distribution center down the road in Freemont, but it still couldn't be delivered for several days. She did offer a measly 10% refund to be given at the time of delivery for the inconvenience, but we are so fed up that we are going to rent a U-haul and pick it up ourselves---that's if it's actually at the distribution center. We'll see.

We were greeted at the door and they pointed out to us were to look for a chase lounge I was looking for. A couple minutes later Safia approached me andasked if she could help. She was very professional and nice. Answered all my questions and help me with fabric chooses. She was great.
