Great customer service today Sehay and Elvie!! Elvie seen my shopping cart full of items today and offered to take things from my cart to the front register so that I was able to shop more. What a wonderful sweet woman. Thank you for everything today ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in with about half hour left to shop and was accosted by security and told to leave. This happened to another customer next to me as well. Security / San Leandro police went through my bag, found nothing, and kicked me out anyway. I wasn’t sure I had the right to refuse but since I wasn’t shoplifting, I let them search. Police told me to put down the merchandise I was about to buy. I told them they just lost a customer. The police replied, saying, “I don’t think they want your business”. Pretty wild. Way to kick paying customers out and not do due diligence to solve the problem and assume all remaining customers are shoplifting threats. Terrible presumptuous police/security with an attitude. Had about 5 squad cars out front, had I complained or not allowed them to go through my bag who knows how that would have panned out. You want to be supportive of police doing a good job but then things like this happen and you lose trust. Will not be going back ever.

I came here for Christmas shopping and pretty much found something for everyone!! I'm really not a shopper at all, so I'm not trying to be these stores too long if I can help it. But this store had a little bit of everything for everyone, and I was able to find multiple gifts for everyone. The line was long, what do you expect during the Holidays, but moved rather quickly. And I loved the deals I got for real!!! Located in the Marina Village Shopping Center, this Marshals was definitely on point for Holiday gifts!!
