Don’t wast your time and money with them, they can’t do anything right or formality.

This clown is a straight fraud. Waited over 12 hours one day, he kept saying he was on the way. Paid him 2k to fix two of my cars and neither one of them would start the next day, then kept leaving a crack head helper to do the work while he ran and did other jobs. Paid him to do the brakes rotors and shocks on front and rear of one of my cars and after I paid him the next day noticed he didn’t even do them and threw them in the trunk. The second car I told him how it wouldn’t start and he kept saying he would be back in the morning to fix and never showed up! Stay far away from this imposter

Yes please look this guy up on People's Court. How he tried so hard to take advantage of this elderly lady. Sad, read his own reviews how he's made an empire on scamming people. Out of his own customers mouths. U get over charged, repairs aren't done in timely manner, or something mysteriously goes wrong with ur vehicle after leaving his shop, boom he's a ghost almost everyone has said he avoids them at all cost. He stated they were one of the best mechanics in the world, their honest, they help people. Sad, everyone needs to pull together to get a class action lawsuit. Stop him please read reviews before making a decision.

I was looking for a mechanic near my job and decided to hit this place up. I called no answer. I was told to hit the owner on his ig page. Of course no response. A month later I get a DM telling me to make an appointment on their website. I did and still four months later NO RESPONSE. I left a message on one of his ig postings and the owner was pretty rude. His response was that he has a lot of customers blah blah he's the best at what he does blah blah blah and that he wasn't in California at the moment blah blah blah. This is why black businesses don't get supported. His response was rude but I guess if you have the amount of people you need coming to you why would you need extra business.

MMM= Money making man. To be clear I'm speaking of Master Mobile Mechanics owned by Paul M. Went here twice but also had to return twice due to the same issues. They're a bit unprofessional. And it's like they'll hire anybody off the street. I could have done that. I should have went to my regular guy or elsewhere. They speak on inappropriate things in the shop in front of customer(s). This is not good because you never know who that person is in your shop. They could have good or bad intentions but based on what the worker's are saying. Not good for them. I'm just saying. You call, no answer and no call back. The doors are locked or if they're open, the closed sign is on the door. Over pricing for simple jobs. And it's okay if you have your teenage son there but he looks like he doesn't want to work and just young. It was just a turn off to be there. They don't explain anything until the last minute or when they're done. I wouldn't return here if I broke down in front of this shop. I would have my s#!t towed elsewhere or go to the shop's next door. They don't address or acknowledge you until they want money. You have to literally stick your neck out to get these MF's attention. Can't spell on their instagram account. This is a business and you want people to take you serious. Needs customer service. No one should have to say they're the best. This is what others are supposed to say or would say. Definitely not the best. The worst.

In April of this year my pickup stolen while it was in this mechanics care. Rather than park it overnight in his gated lot he parked it in an ungated lot nearby. It was recovered two days later and was a total loss, as witnessed by one of his representatives. He has not compensated me for my loss. Further, he refuses to answer his phone calls or provide his insurance companies information to me. I had been going to this mechanic for over 20 years. Not recommended.

Had my car for over a month, kept lying about when it will be done. My car was at the Hayward location, I showed up today to get my car because He's had it for to long and I want things to actually be done to the car and the whole shop is GONE. Every car including my car was gone. NO ONE INFORMED ME. They barely answer the phone. This business is terrible. Don't take your car here!

One star is probably too many. Looking at the pictures of this shop on the website and comparing what I've seen. I wondering what shop is being advertised in these pictures. This shop in Hayward has no lifts, inadequate tools for their employees to do the job. No greeting to the customers.... why would anyone want to use this so called mobile service?

Worst experience ever. Crooks. A scam. Do not go here. As others have mentioned the owner is unprofessional and non communicative. I wish I had read reviews before taking my car here. I brought my truck in for a tune up before a long road trip with my family. He said it needed a major tune up and replace belts and water pump. I'm good to invest money in our safety. 800 bucks, says he wants me to pay cash (red flag?) He says it would be done in a few weeks and I call him after that many times and no answer. Finally call from my wife's phone and he answers to tell me he didn't finish the work as agreed three days before we leave. He says he can get part of it done the next day and I can pick it up Wednesday. I get there Wednesday and not only is he nowhere to be found, but they LOST my KEYS. Had to call a locksmith to get it deleted for 280 bucks so we can get on the road the next day, still no response from him after many calls. During that time I find that the camper has food, clothes and things that aren't ours in it and cigarettes smoked everywhere( we don't smoke)At least I had my truck right? Still no answer from Paul. 5 miles later the head gasket blows and i have to tow it home. Later that night he returns my call after I tell him I'm going to sue him and he says he will be over at 8am to check it out. Guess what... no one came. Around 7pm that night he sends his employee over, same guy that couldn't find my keys and the guy is stoned af. Not that I care that much what people do but when he confirms my head gasket is blown and that I did not bring it in with that problem I have to wonder how high the people working on my car were. It's been 5 days and still no communication from the owner. I'm looking to file a class action lawsuit, and everyone else here that has been scammed please reach out. I have documented the entire process. This is criminal and people that cheat others out of their hard earned money have no right to be in business.

I was desperate in finding a mobile mechanic without doing research and so I stumbled across this company. What really stood out is that the owner of this company isnt professional as if it's some type of scam. 1. These people never pick up your calls for when you need them 2. If the job isnt done the first time they tell you that younget some type of 3 month warranty on the installation that they do which is a lie because they will avoid you at all possible cause. I was a victim of this.... I wouldnt even waist your time and money... the job wasnt even done right the first time around and you get no receipt!!!! For the work being done.... they dont want to work for free to fix something they didnt do right the first time around.

Price quoted not same as what charge was going to be for the part. I almost went through with the job as I was in a bind but they couldn’t even get a time right for work to start. Over an hour late then “mechanic” didn’t have part even though he said he did and was “12 minutes away”. What he didn’t say was he was still going to get the part and more than an hour away making more than 2.5 hours late. Horrible customer service and bait switch on pricing.
