I visit this location quite often. Not because it's the best, but because of its location. This store has an odd layout. It doesn't flow. The blank shirts aren't always stocked. So that's a big inconvenience for me. The staff is always changing. This store also has less inventory than other locations. There is lots of room for improvement.

After my popcorn excursion I decided to stay out a bit and go to Michael's, enjoy the fresh air. I've been watching Bob Ross lately. I find him to be very calming. He's inspired me to tap into my artistic side. I did not purchase anything. I just perused the art section and beading section to get an idea of what I want to start with. Anytime I had a question there was a staff member nearby available to answer my question. Pricing varies by the level of quality you are seeking. Eager to get into my new hobby.

I had no problem finding what I needed but the cashier had an attitude was rude, condescending and had the worst customer service. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manger. I asked what is the number to get in contact with the manger over her. Of course she didn't want to give it to me but had the nerve to say Google it! Is this the type of people they hire!! smh. Be aware of this women

Andrea the cashier talks way too much me and 4 other ladies waited in line for legit 15 minutes because this woman was talking so much but not moving her hands she'd literally pause to have a conversation and I dont think that's okay because you are at WORK!!!!! She needs to focus on just cashiering she cannot multi task

Came in to this location a few weeks ago to grab a few things quickly and found this store was pretty clean and organized. I was greeted by a sweet lady named Andrea. I asked her where to find the things I was looking for and she was so kind to tell me exactly where they were located. Even from afar I can hear her and saw her greeting people warmly and all smiles. There were enough employees in the aisles to help out customers which is so refreshing. It's very helpful to have workers around for questions (which I definitely had) and each of them I encountered today were extremely helpful, available, eager to help and quite knowledgeable. Very happy with my trip to this store.

The lady at the register was very nice but the guy unloading the stuff was very loud and aggressive. I'm sorry you hate your job, but I'm trying to look at the beads and you're making me feel uncomfortable.... He was ripping apart the cardboard boxes that were filled with stuff and dropping it loudly and saying f*** these boxes. A bit dramatic..

This particular location I found depressing. It has the feel of an old store. The lighting is poor, layout is odd. I was shopping for embroidery thread and this section was a hot mess, many colors not in stock and colors mixed up in sections. The one plus is the helpful sales people on the floor. Would I visit this location again? Probably not.

Visited this store to shop for arts and crafts with my two kids. The store manager who was a Caucasian male, constantly followed me around the store while I was shopping as if I was planning or attempting to steal. You are ridiculous and I don't appreciate your disrespect. Although it may be rare to see a African American father who is loving and present to his children it's no excuse for your unnecessary actions that made both me and my children uncomfortable. I'd like to be contacted by the regional manger because I'm sure I'm not the only individual who's experienced his inappropriate behavior. He needs to be terminated and held accountable for his actions. You my friend, are apart of the problem.

When my husband and I were checking out, we were asked if we wanted to be on their mailing list. We refused three times, and the clerks at the store just did not listen. Now, I am being forced to go on line to avoid being harrassed. Bob R, this is exactly why I did not want their "bogus" rewards coupons, and being exposed to more junk mail. They really do scam people and probably sell our emails to other companies. It may not be criminal behavior, but being exposed and exploited is close to being robbed of our bank accounts. Again, the clerks did not listen and shame on them. Like you Rob R, we can find other craft stores. Besides, their inventory needs to be looked at and one clerk asked me if I took a picture of the item I was looking for, because she was not trained and had no knowledge of the products. So, she added insult to injury and hopefully, the corporate office will pay attention or go straight to online shopping.

Just overheard the employees talking trash in line. People are bilingual. Don't Be calling customers fat in Spanish thinking you're getting away with it. Lady working the register around 5:30pm Friday, 10/14.

We signed up for Michaels "rewards program" and they immediately started bombarding us with expired coupons twice a day. I contacted their corporate office, to explain they have an annoying glitch, that is sending their customers expired coupons a couple times a day. They responded back, having me jumping through hoops with several messages, sending them copies of the expired coupons . We received an email today insulting us, telling us they resolved the problem by eliminating us from the rewards program. Instead of actually doing their job and fixing their problem. Lucky for us we have many other craft stores in the area to spend our money at. Because with such insultingly "I don't care" customer service, I don' think their stores will survive much longer.

Well I wandered from isle to isle for 20 minutes before anyone was available to ask for help. Once I did find the lady I managed to get basic supplies for my little office project...it was last minute but I pulled it off. Next year will be better! The cashier was very kind and patient as well.

It's been awhile since I visited this location as it wasn't the best organized and their parking is a little crazy...fast forward about 3-4 years, I visited as the Dublin location didn't have items I was looking for my niece's school fundraiser: treat boxes, cake pop sticks, melts etc...I guess it's that time of year! Fortunately, this location had most of the items I needed to make Halloween cake pops and cupcakes. Newly remodeled and now better organized with a more open feel to it...staff, Rayna and Pam were super friendly, helpful with locating items and my order pickup. Michael's is a great places for arts and crafts and basic baking items as usually satisfies my craft A.D.D. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards as you'll get 20-25% off your total purchase and other offers
