Just came to this place for a pedicure didn’t have time in Az. I wouldn’t recommend this place people are nice but the seating chair didn’t work towels are old. I wouldn’t come here again

Wellllll.... I needed my nails done for a
party and ended up at this place because my nail guy was busy. I took my sister. HORRIBLE SERVICE. There was only one other customer and we had to wait 20 minutes. I let my sister go first. I would not recommend this place. If you are in a bind.... OF COURSE! I am having my pedicure now and she has filed my toe twice. Hope I survive. I really miss my guy? they do not have any of the three colors I picked no massage spa chairs, clean..... I would give it a 3

Super friendly and amazing quality for the price. I have beat up feet from years of Muay Thai so my feet are pretty rough. Was going to go to Puerto Vallarta so I wanted to have my hands and feet looking nice for the beach , suffice to say they made my feet man-seksy hahaha. Would absolutely recommend. Amazing value.

I had a good experience. I came to get my nails done & my toes trimmed & polished to match for my wedding. They worked on my toes while prepping my nails at the same time, so that was nice & saved time.The lady doing my nails was very kind. I never expect much communication, but she did communicate well with what I wanted & we had some regular conversation. She even suggested that I get one nail on each hand a glitter color, so it wasn't so plain. I was very pleased about that because it really made a difference.I also got my eyebrows waxed. I don't have much hair there already, so she did a really good job cleaning them up.*The picture is my nails about a week later.

First time I came here it was around a month ago they did an amazing job honestly I loved it so much, they were so polite and seems like such sweet hearts. I got a gel mani and a gel pedi it came out to be around 80 dollars with tip. I thought I found my nail shop until I went for the second time on Tuesday the same women that did my mani was going to do my nails. I did say to her from the start I wanted a mani (33$) but if I can add a light layer of acrylic she said yes but kinda in a bothered way like she didn't want too. I was like well if it's okay or what do you think she's like I think mani is better I was like it's okay I think I'm just try it ( the mani with powder) she's like it's going to be 48 in my head I'm like dang that's hella for just a mani with powder on top I'm like okay that's fine whatever she starts off with pushing my cuticles back and goes straight to the acrylic powder in my mind I'm like where's the water to dip my hands in why isn't she cutting my cuticles I was so confusing but I didn't say anything I honestly didn't wanna be annoying so I let her do her thing up until she was trying to only put acrylic on basically half of my nails lmao I was like wth is she gonna fix it until I sow she was putting the stuff away I'm like are you not gonna fix it and annoyed she put more ( making it more thicker) I could tell she didn't really do acrylic cause I communicated with her on everything I wanted mani light acrylic and was doing whatever she wanted to do, basically. I let it go with my thick layer of acrylic I hated my nails so much I could tell she was trying to file and use the machine to make it thinner I give her that but if she couldn't meet my needs why not just be honest you know. We get to the filing she didn't mind to make them equal at all and let me not get into the polish she missed so many spots. I told her why aren't you working like you did last time why didn't you cut my cuticles I was really upset. She's like oh no you asked for full set, full set we don't cut cuticles I was mind blown I was like lady rewind your cameras. Your doing what you want and you charging me extra for something I didn't even ask. At this point she was bothered trying so hard to put the issues on me saying it's 10 dollars more if I want my cuticles cut like what I was so bummed honestly I was I hate my nails I thought I found my go to nail shop

Don't get a wax here. They don't sanitize, they just wipe with a dry cotton before starting. Got bumps after coming here, which can be normal but I never get bumps at other sanitary places.

I got in there for pedicure, I was there like 6 years ago and my surprise the place looks better today. They painted and looks very clean, Rose did my pedicure I always got unground nails, I do pedicure for that reason I care less for colors or massages as long my toes are done, She did an amazing pedicure I ended get the N.03 en their pedicure list she took very carefully on how to cut the dry skin around my toes. She pulled out a big piece of dry nail or skin that was killing me for days. Really happy with the way my feet feels my whole feet skin is so soft and also I get the baby blue glitter color as last minute decision since like I said I don’t care for color on my toes. I just want the dry skin and unground nail get out. Very happy today for the service and definitely I will be there on a couple weeks Rose. !!! Thank you again.Service: Pedicures

Ohh man! Where should I start, I came here because the nail saloon that I usually go to didn't have any appointments and I had an event, I was in the mall area and decided to stop by and see if they would take me in, they were friendly, I can't say otherwise, I brought a design and asked the lady that was doing my nails if she could do it, which she agreed before she even started working on my nails, but she tried many times and it was a mess every single time, I have been there for two hours already, asking her what she could do to fix it, brought colors and decided to do her style of choice, totally different for what I asked her, then when she tried to do my "french" tip I told her they were thick and didn't liked them, but she kept going, I tried to lead her and stop her couple of times but I felt like the language was a barrier ( english isn't my first language either, so I understand it can be hard sometimes) by the 3 rd hour I just wanted to leave, she started adding gems ( I showed her a design with gems, and she thought they will fix it) and she was adding them all over, I stopped her and asked to leave it like this, I was very frustrated and I usually hate confrontation, felt like I have told her many times that she wasn't delivering my expectations but despite my face she kept going and I had to leave unhappy with expensive,ugly nails, the staff was never rude and I wasn't rude to them, either just seemed inexperienced or maybe there was an issue with communication and the language or she couldn't understand my accent after many attempts . Now I'm waiting for my next nail appointment and I wouldn't cheat on my nail technician again, but my nails are chipping already after a week, that's why I decided to leave a review .

"come back when you want gel"I only come here because one of the women does a great job on my pedicures. But I've never had an overall great experience. But this time they really rubbed me the wrong way.They always have a problem when you ask for a regular mani/pedi. Throughout the duration of your time there, they will keep asking you if you want gel. Okay sure, marketing your business and its services. But when you're asked multiple times and the answer is still the same, one can get annoyed.Anyways, I'm writing this because I didn't like when she told me, "come back when you want gel".Services: Manicures

Poor service. I walked in the lady said it would be a 30 min wait. I told her I would come back I left her my phone number. I confirmed it would be 30 mins, no more no less. She said yes. I walked over to Ross to kill some time. I came back in 30 mins exactly from when i originally checked in and the lady said she tried calling me (I checked my phone, I had a missed call 18 mins after checking in) and she gave my time to someone else. I will not be returning to a place that doesn't respect their clients time and has poor time management skills. If she would have said 18 mins, I would just sat and waited.
