Prices aren’t affordable and forbid you buy a pair of shoes for your kids and they’re too tight when they try them on at home and now you can’t return them for store credit when they’ve never been used. ALL SALES FINAL. Waste of money and Nike can care less. Poor customer service!

Good and famous clearance store so it is always packed dueing the weekend and on holidays.
Check out clerks are always clueless as they change very often.
Prices are better compare to Great Mall Nike store and sometimes you get great deals.

Lots of items to choose from. The staff was very helpful and accommodating from finding a particular shoe or item you're looking for and the cashiers very detailed of what you're purchasing and applying any discounts you may have. This place is huge for a clearance store

I had a very disappointing experience at the Nike Store in San Leandro. There is one Asian Korean male employee who has repeatedly shown unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward customers.
He often responds to customer questions in a sarcastic and rude manner, especially when people ask about sizes or product availability. I’ve witnessed him forming small groups with other employees to gossip and make things difficult for customers. It’s completely unacceptable for someone representing the Nike brand to act this way.
This employee seems to prioritize helping certain reseller groups — particularly a few individuals who gather at one corner of the store — while regular customers are ignored or treated poorly. Even after reporting the issue to management several times, nothing has been done, and the same behavior continues.
Nike should take this matter seriously, review this employee’s conduct, and investigate the entire team working with him. Customers deserve fair and respectful treatment when shopping, not favoritism or rudeness.

I don't like spending alot of money on shoes. But I'd spend a 100 on a pair of Nikes. I like the 3.0 and 5.0. I think if I were going to an outlet, I'd expect a price of 60 to 65 dollars. That's hilarious (hollar).
