I have been shopping in these stores since 2001, because the staff there are always friendly, and I always find what I am looking for, the prices are affordable for all types of public and the clothes are of good quality, in fact I have clothes that I bought since 2010 and I still wear them.

Like their selection of clothes. But was just looking around. I don't really like Bayfair anymore. The drivers going through the parking lot drive WAY to FAST!. Not a place to go in the evening ??

I honestly forget that there's an Old Navy at Bayfair. I went on a Monday night so parking was no issue and I got front parking. I went to do a return and the cashier was very quick and nice. They had a lot of items in their clearance area so i decided to check it out since the store was empty. They have about 5 fittings rooms which are really spacious. There was a pair of pants that had the clearance sticker fall off and the staff meme bed was kind enough to match the price to another similar pair. The customer service I received from the 2nd employee was exceptional. I got 9 pairs of pants for $125, talk about a steal! I would definitely return to this location on a weekday.

To purchase a pair of blue jeans 40% off price. Get to the cash register the jeans ring up at regular price. The cashier tells me in order to get them at 40% off. I must be a member I gave her my information in order for her to pull up my credit card information to get the 40% off. Me in the system am a member and I do have a Old Navy Credit card but she didn’t know the error message. Her cash register was given her manager what to do now mind you I only wanted to go in Old Navy. Maybe five minutes tops one pair of jeans the cashier gets off the phone with her manager. She tells me that I cannot Purchase the jeans at 40% off that I would have to pay full price for the jeans air with nothing with Old Navy have signs throughout their store and 40% off of all genes when that’s not the case at all. Old Navy wants to pick and choose who they give 40% off to , please stop wasting my time and everybody else’s. See accompany being in business longer with this type of business practice ever again shop at Old Navy your customers time with false advertisement.

I just came across this brand when I came to San Francisco. It was the first time I walked in and found out that it is a department store selling affordable clothing. It has a lot of stores and offers comprehensive discounts. The low-price ones have a display space of 10 yuan, and there is also a clearing display area. The price They’re all 9.99 yuan, so it’s fun to shop around!

This location is always clean and the staff are super friendly. I love all of the clearance items. They do a good job of organizing by size, color, and style. Bay fair Old Navy is cool with me.

I just left the store with the best customer service i've experienced. Victor was so sweet and so helpful. Clarissa was also very kind. Loved my experience here with these two awesome employees.

This is my favorite Old Navy store. The two in Concord and the one in Alameda never have my size because they are so popular. This one has less foot traffic. Every summer I swing by to buy a stack of men's graphic tees for $10 and some shorts in the women's section. The shorts are comparable to Gap and Banana Republic but only a fraction of the price. If I can't find what I need at the other stores, I know exactly where to go.
