“Wow, they are so fast! I've been here a couple of times. I had some questions about stains, and the guy who works there was super knowledgeable and gave really great advice. I went in again today to get 11 gallons of paint, and he was so fast. He helped me put everything in my car, and off I went. Not only is the quality of paint great, so is the service here. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve sopped this store for years, and will continue to do so. Yes, the place is super cramped, but that’s because it’s packed “to the gills” with just about anything you might need to do any repairs around your house.
I’m genuinely confused about the negative customer service comments…. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience and the employees can generally find what I need even when I couldn’t articulate the exact item, only what I was trying to accomplish (bringing the “old” part your replacing helps them figure it out btw). Maybe those were one-off “bad moment” type things - but regardless of whether it the older or younger generation of the family working that day, or the hired help - I’ve always been able to get what I need with friendly assistance.”
