Been with Prime circle insurance for 5 years now. Had the same problem as the other 2 reviewers. They are quick to jump to you when they know they have your business. The moment you want to cancel they are avoiding your phone calls and emails. Judy said she'll give me a call back to cancel my policy but haven't follow up and it's been over a week now. and now I'm left with a bill I was trying to canceled. I left voicemails and also spoke to the receptionist. They are very unprofessional. I HIGHLY wouldn't recommend their services. Trust me you'll regret it.

Would not recommend Judy. When you have new business, she will be jumping up and down to earn your business. If you have issues, she would not answer your email or return your call, even if you leave message to her receptionist. Her voicemail is always full, which is a bad sign.We asked her to cancel insurance on one of our car because it is sold, but it wasn't done and the bill went all the way to collection. Sent her multiple emails, no response.

Ask for super agents Judy or Ben. They saved me not only a few bucks a month on insurance services but more importantly they gave me much higher coverage and more security with a major carrier Nationwide (I hear they are on your side)! Nelson approved!!! p.s. they got gummi bears and m & m's in the front sweeet!
