The company missed one of the items and damaged another in the shipment, then an associate named Monica contacted me and blamed me not to report the missing items to the vendor as it was my problem. Super frustrated with this misconduct and luck of professionalism.

AWFUL COMPANY!!! We returned an item that we ordered but did not have the proper circuitry to run. Saia delivered at their convenience. WE DID NOT EVEN TAKE IT OFF THE PALLET. Arranged at our expense to have Saia return at a higher rate because we don't have a corporate account as the seller. Agreed to terms of $319 and paid at drop-off. They sent us an "adjusted additional bill" for over $600 MORE because it weighed LESS than in the original BOL. When we called for an explanation we were told to pay or be sent to collections!!!!!

These people are one of the worst carriers we have used. Every shipment we sent with them they found a way to jack up the price from the original quotes. This makes carrier selection difficult in balancing costs versus service. They have burned a bridge with our company and we will never again use this carrier. Sooner or later they will run out of customers willing to ship with them. If I could give a negative rating I would max it out.

I can't say enough about Tony my delivery man from Saia LTL Freight. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made the whole experience pleasant. He helped out answering all of my questions and unloaded exactly where I needed the items placed. I will always request Tony for my deliveries.

By far, the WORST shipper we've ever used. The quoted $ 231 and when the pallet was delivered, requested $880. They charged $ 53 for an appointment call. $ 132 for a weighing fee. $ 144 for a "one-time-shipper" fee. NOT of this was disclosed in their quote. Filed a report with the FTC. Federal investigators are now involved.

Horrible place to do business with. Our company would spend thousands of dollars with them daily and we're treated as if we were new customers. List of reasons you should not use SAIA: 1. They will lose your items worth thousands of dollars and say it wasn't their fault. 2. The will have internal billing issues, bill you, bill you again, and come back six to eight months later, blame it on their system, and request you pay them the original amount billed and if you don't, they will send your account to collections. 3. It takes them almost a year to get back to you on issues they caused. 4. If they lose your items, they say it isn't their fault, and you'll have to go back and forth with them for almost a year before they decide to give you less than a fourth of what the item, they lost, is worth. 5. Need invoices right away? Don't worry, you can set up the system to have them automatically emailed to you and they still won't all get sent to you! 6. They will threaten to send you to collections for unpaid remaining balances that their reps said "not to pay due to their mistakes" 7. You can send their accounting department the emails their rep says not to pay and they'll disregard them and still ask you about payment status months later. List of all the other fright companies better that Saia: 1.Bestovernight 2.GLT 3.Southeastern Freight 4.Cerasis 5. Globaltranz 6. Lee Jennings 7. Gold Rush Express 8. UPS 9. Fedex 10. The guys standing outside of Homedepot without the shipping address or a truck.

I am very disappointed in how my order has been handled. I ordered two tubs that were supposed to be delivered today. I had to call several times to inquire about the status of the order and was met with non-confirmatory responses because the dock's phone lines were down and the only way to respond was by email. Hours later and after speaking with three representatives, I was told that they are unable to find my order on the dock and it's not on one of the delivery trucks. How can you lose a package containing a tub? In response to not being able to find it, they said they will look for it, but there's no timetable for when it will be found, and became irritated when I began asking questions on how this will be resolved. This delivery already arrived to the NY dock late and now the package is unable to be found. I need a better answer than "we are looking for it". Please advise!

SAIA needs to be shut down until overhauled. I dont know how they stay in business, they dont deliver on time, they lose packages, they send them to the wrong places they are a complete mess. There trucks might as well be giant clown cars. I ordered bunk beds that were coming from Florida to California it was picked up on 1/21/21 it was originally supposed to be be at my home by 1/28/21 . First of all the amount of stops just from Florida To Texas was absolutely ridiculous, unloading and reloading on different trailers is how things get broken but ok Then my shipment got all the way to Fontaine, Ca and someone misread the label instead of sending to San Jose , they sent it back to San Antonio, Tx WTF.. then it went to El paso Tx where is sat for 2 days , then just went out on. Truck today 4/28/21 after it was promised that it would be out on the 5:30 truck yesterday so now its going to take another week because they don't deliver on the weekends. Meanwhile my kids are sleeping on the floor because we had to get rid of there beds 2 days ago when the bed was supposed to come by the 27th. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

We had the worst experience with this delivery service. We're certain that they do not care about their employees because the employees do not care about your deliveries. We ordered a shed through homedepot and they chose this freight delivery service, Saia sent me an email that they would only be able to deliver my door curbside and it would require multiple people or even a forklift to move my delivery elsewhere. On the delivery day and time, there was only one guy who arrives at our house, no forklift, just a platform dolly, the driver was impolite, he's obviously tired and extremely careless. The package is so heavy it was impossible to lift and push by a single person and he seems more motivated to get it done as soon as possible. Since he was unable to move the package to curbside, he wanted to leave the package in the middle of the court (shared by three other houses) after several minutes of explanation he finally ended up taking the package with him. There is absolutely no quality control with this company and it's obvious they overwork their workers and don't support them as they do not care about their customers.

I have no idea how this place runs or why it hasn't been shut down, I have a feeling they do not care about their employees because the employees do not care about your deliveries I ordered a door from Texas and they chose this freight delivery service, Saia sent me an email that they would only be able to deliver my door curbside and it would require multiple people or even a forklift to move my delivery elsewhere Delivery day comes, please tell me why there was only one guy who arrives to my house, no forklift, just a platform dolly, it's a Friday and I'm his last delivery he's obviously tired and extremely careless, as he is bringing my door out of the truck he breaks the wooden casing on the left side, no apologies just some cursing and seems more motivated to get it done as soon as possible I grab my phone at this point and begin videoing, it's very obvious you need at least two people or better equipment to haul the door off the truck, the delivery guy is rushing and forced bringing it down damaging the door, he shows little consideration or even worry that his job isn't being performed properly, I very much regretted refusing to receive the door in that condition, I had to pay $400 to get the door repaired, luckily the door company saw the videos and pictures and reimbursed me, There is absolutely no quality control with this company and it's obvious they overwork their workers and don't support them as they do not care about their customers
