Today I went to return some articles, but the employee that helped me told me she couldn’t receive the articles back when I just bought them yesterday and they’re unopened and I have the receipt with me and it literally says in the receipt that the store do accept the articles as long as unopened, with receipt and within 1 month of buying them. She didn’t let me explain myself and told me to contact the company of the articles, but I am not buying from the company but the store. These people that work here don’t have the adequate training, and after contacting Sally’s customer representative someone competent respond and said they do accept the articles back and my issue was solved

This Sally's location had everything I needed and they are constantly restocking when I do go.I wish I got the two ladies names working this morning (9am). They were extremely helpful! I don't shop at Sally's often; but when I do, I'm always stressed out. No matter how much independent "research" I do, walking into Sally's is confirming that I am about to do something crazy.Last night, I botched my partner's hair. I came back early this morning to fix it and I was supported by the very sweet and extremely knowledgable young lady (tatted). She literally walked me through step by step on what I needed to do and was confident about it. I get home and get right to work! DANG! I was able to rectify the situation and be proud of it.I'm satisfied with the customer support received and how knowledgeable this particular staff was. Great job, Sally Beauty Supply!

NEED TO BE A MEMBER? DON'T GO! Waste of GASI You will need to be a member in order to shop. I needed hair products and more for personal use at home. Maybe $200+ worth of products? Sucks they don't take walk ins customers. Good Luck!

Is there any wonder why they "can't find" what they are selling? This place has been "reopening" over a year....find another spot, don't bother with this location. Not only o ly do they NOT have the product but it's HOW you communicate. She said I can look through a couple boxes but I can't check them all....no apology no nuthing...too bad for me...

The girls here are soo nice! The last three types of hair dye I’ve tried have burned my scalp. So I asked the girls where what they recommend. One of them said to try Argan Oil. I did and it doesn’t burn my head!!The first time, I tried 5N. It was too light. I like 4N. It’s a good color for dark brown. It does fade quickly but at least it doesn’t make my scalp and head burn and itch for days. I’m sticking with it. Thanks for your help!

Sales reps were kind, greeted me when I came in. Store: Bare bones. No items on the shelf, boxes and boxes of items/stock not being replenished. That was the 1st time I went in. Came back a few days later hoping they'd stocked the shelves, still bare bones and a delivery guy was bringing in more boxes (no small containers of gel-only industrial size, no combs, no brushes, no head bands, only 2 Taliah Waajid products). Promptly googled beauty supply nearby. Went to Chris's beauty supply 3 minutes away, FOUND AND PURCHASED EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR THERE.

This place is a little more stocked than most Sally's, there was a Jamaican lady (I forgot her name) who was the sweetest and super helpful, bought some new shampoos to try out
