Our cat peed on my husband's sheepskin rug and I wasn't sure it could ever be cleaned. This company cleaned it, offered me delivery to my home, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company for your rug cleaning needs. The cat pee smell is gone and we are now enjoying our beautiful rug. Thank you!!

The guy wasn’t attentive to us, he didn’t care and ask anything about the job that needs to be done. While we were there, he was disrespectfully talking to his employee and made us uncomfortable. When we picked up the jacket the main area that needed to be cleaned still looked very dirty, the only difference was that the jacket smelled like a cleaning product and the suede looked brushed.

Supreme Leather Care destroyed my leather/suede jacket by throwing it in the washing machine. Annabelle's in San Francisco sent it to Supreme to dry clean it. The jacket is beyond repair and Supreme did not offer to compensate me for the loss of a jacket that can't be repaired. I spoke to Leather/suede specialist and showed them these photos, and they have never seen anything like this. This was the work of incompetence. The repair this jacket it would cost over $2000 and it would not be same as what it was. I demand that Supreme Leather pay for the damage. Totally unacceptable. Supreme Leather, please contact Annabelle's in San Francisco to pay for the damage.

Supreme Leather Cleaner did a fantastic job professionally cleaning my Banana Republic leather and suede jackets. The owner is amazing and kind. He responds promptly and ensures that the items you bring are well cared for. You can tell he is very hardworking and provides excellent customer service. The prices for the two jackets were the most affordable I could find in town. My two jackets felt extremely clean and soft, and it looks brand new. Thank you so much for your excellent customer care and five-star service!

BEWARE of Jack and his lack of customer service. He absolutely ruined a leather skirt I sent for cleaning. At first my feeling was "it is leather, it is always a risk to clean it, this happens." However, upon speaking with him, being yelled at by him and then having him hang up on me I realize Jack is a rude and mean business owner. He refused to provide any compensation for ruining the skirt. Please avoid his business.

We've used Supreme Rug and Leather over the years to clean our rugs (some of which are antique persian rugs). They do a wonderful job and actually clean the rugs the old fashion way (not just with a bunch of toxic chemicals). Depending on where you live, they also pick up and deliver, which is a great help. The prices are also reasonable for what they do.

Red Wine stain on my leather jacket... bummer!Referred by my dry-cleaner to take it to Supreme Rug & Leather... cool.Jack (owner) doing an EXCELLENT job removing said stain... AWESOME!!I totally recommend them and am glad to know where to go if anything similar ever happens again.Also, Jack is a great guy... fun personality!

Was driving by this place and I said to myself you know I have a rug let me get it cleaned. I called the owner and told them is it possible to pick it up from the house he said yes free of charge The guy came by the house picked it up then when I called to see how much it was To clean it the guy said $220 so I told him you know what never mind I'll come and pick it up because the rug is $500 and I don't know how your work is for me to pay that much so he got upset and got an attitude with me and told Nawaf then that's fine. You owe me $50 for picking it up, I told him why didn't you say that from the beginning he called a attitude and hung up in my face. Very unprofessional as I went there to pick it up he lowered the price still was high, but I said you know what go for it and he guaranteed me that it's gonna be clean and brought back to life. So I agreed left it there for a week and when I came to pick it up I asked him is it back did you bring it back to life he said yes when I took it to the house it looks like all he did, was spray it with water, and that was it. The rug still looked the same so my opinion recommendation is not to go to this place not worth it If I would've known that his work was like this I would've just bought a new rug instead of wasting my money and him lying to me saying that he did a good job which he didn't.

This review is really needed because the owner of this business is really rude and unprofessional. My husband and myself brought his leather jacket to get repair, that's all. We came back two weeks later to find out he didn't do the work we ask him to do but cleaned it. He said ok, for additional $30 . We explained to him that we paid for the jacket to get repaired not clean which looks the same way when we drop it off. So, we came back two weeks later and was very distraught because the jacket was worse then when we drop it off. We ask him can we speak with him but he said he was to busy to talk to us. Completely ignoring us, he yells at his employee a real polite young lady to take notes of our concerns who had no idea of what was going on behind our jacket. We told her no, we rather speak with the owner because he knows what's going on with our jacket. So, in an aggressive manner he comes over, half way explained what work he did to repair our jacket and walked away. And, stated don't come back. You think we're going to come back after how you treated us. I rather spend a pretty penny and travel the distance with a businessthat gives good workmanship and customer service. Thanks for nothing.
