This review is for Damon. He did an amazing job with assisted me with a device return. He was professional and friendly. He made sure that I had all my questions answered. He was very knowledgeable and exhibited great customer service skills. I see Damon going places and hope he reaches high level corporate. He's a good guy! Thank you Damon for all your help! I have not had the best experience with T-mobile for all these years. I'm glad there are so efficient and good people like Damon working there.

I just switched to T-mobile a month ago, a friend recommended it to me, I agreed to be part of the T-mobile family and I began my experience with two lines and a promotion for two phones and I made an initial payment of $1500 between phones and changing the phone line and the covers for the phones we reached a favorable agreement on the monthly payments but to my surprise my first payment was $507 for two lines and it was not the amount that was established. I went and asked why the price of paying for two lines was so high and I was surprised that I had 4 lines activated. The error of the person who answered me had to pay me with my money. I went 4 times for a solution and unfortunately I did not have it. I emphasize that there were two employees who were very kind and tried to help me but the decision was not in them in the end I decided to pay for everything and the total expense was $4300 for telephone bills and two protectors is. In a month, wow, if someone asked me if I would recommend this company at the moment, sadly, I would say no at the moment ? .

The staff were rude ! They said they'll be with me in a second and they made me wait for 40 min ! I ended up leaving! All I wanted to do was to buy an accessory for my charger! I ended up buying it elsewhere! They need more people on staff I feel bad for the customers who have to wait their turn ! I all the other stores I've been to have been very nice and extremely terrific but this a waste of time I will not be going back in this one

i was told over the phone i could get a free trade in, but this store told me i had to pay. which, according to my mom's t-mobile store, isn't true.also, weird workplace culture. uncomfortable vibes man

I'm done with T-Mobile . Until they can get older and wiser people to work for them , I will consider coming back. Customer service are rude, and you can't understand them!! I would not consider them if that's your first choice!

Was turned away by 4 different locations on trying to downgrade my iPhone 14 since it was having problems. This is the only place willing to help. Leo the manager was very helpful soon as a walked in and made sure I was taken care of. Jason another employee was super respectful and helped throughout the whole process and I was able to get what I wanted. By far the best T-Mobile I’ve been to.

Love my customer rep Danny! She is my phone doctor! The phone is a great upgrade the TMobile service & internet is far better than Comcast/Xfinity that's why I cancelled all services with them, don't need a company who rips off anyone especially seniors. TMobile is the best! & Their service reps are great! A bill that's doable with great service no hidden fees & they don't rip you off like Comcast/Xfinity :

***** updated review**** I was contacted via my review by Leo. We are working out the issue. I appreciate the follow up and the fact that Leo reached out to resolve the issue. Mistakes can happen but getting them resolved is what matters. Thanks again Leo.They gave me income info. I had to cancel an order but was still charged a restocking fee. The employees were helpful, kind and polite. But they should of waived the restocking fee since the gave ne wrong information.

Isabella and Juan Took very good care of me they took the time to get my phone fixed took him about 5 or 6 minutes they got it done both of these young kids have a great personality a great personality and definitely wanted to help I just got back from T-Mobile mobile on Davis and East 14 straight that T-Mobile didn't even want to help me Good people like Juan and Isabella are hard to come by hard to come by I hope the owner or the management team recognizes how good a job they do and how they help customers if they had a 10 star rating that's what I would give this facility Thank you Isabella and Juan you did a fantastic job I'm very happy with my new phone highly recommend I'll you recommend highly recommend this store thanks again

Came in needing to get my kids phones line activated since I added new lines. Went to the Marina location earlier in the day and was told it would be a wait. When I walked in, I was greeted by Kamau who was very welcoming. He asked me purpose of visit and put me on the list. 3 minutes passed and he offered to help me with the Sim cards. 4 other reps were busy with other customers. Customers came in and he still acknowledged them and offered them to get on the list. Some browsed, others would swing back. Great customer service and highly recommend this location.
