Absolutely awful service with incompetent technicians and rude schedulers. I was referred to this shop via Samsung warranty to replace a faulty panel on 85" display. Nobody ever called me to schedule an appointment as indicated on Samsung site, and after a week of waiting I called myself to finally get it scheduled numerous weeks into the future. On the day of the appointment, two technicians showed up with a new display. Clearly, they have not done a lot of replacements like that before, they were sloppy and ultimately broke the new panel. Somewhere between the time when everything was assembled on the floor and panel was placed back on the stand - a huge spiderweb of broken LCD showed up on the screen. Their conclusion was "oh, it must have been defective". Yeah, right! As they took the "defective" new panel out and put the old on back in they managed to break it too! "Don't worry, you are getting a new one anyway" I was told. "Someone will call you in 2 days and we will come back". After 4 days of radio science I called today and was to in a very apathetic way that they are waiting on approval for Smasung to replace the panel that their own technicians broke and that there is absolutely no ETA on when I will get another appointment. How these people have Samsung contract I have no idea!

They are very aggressive. Do not respond to phone calls. They will aggressively close your warranty tickets in order to show that they are quickly fixing issues for Samsung. However, it is a lie. No warranty ticket will be resolved by this company. It truly sucks.

Too bad there isn't a negative star rating option this place is horrible called multiple times to schedule a warranty repair sat on hold for almost an hour finally a rep picked up who was in their LA office even though I called the Modesto office got the appointment scheduled received a call from the Modesto office the next day saying that the wrong office scheduled the appointment and that it needs to be rescheduled and act like they were helping me me and argued with me about the appointment being scheduled

Adding to the chorus of negative reviews here and echoing all the same issues. They made appointments and didn't show up. I attempted 7 times with my Samsung range with a simple problem. They called and didn't leave a return number, kept me on hold forever, sent a "confirmation email" for an appointment showing a date a week ago without confirmation of the appointment we actually did set, and more. Samsung said they were connecting me with a different provider since I had conflict with this one but sent me to the same one. Shockingly bad service. A joke scam company.

Do not buy a Samsung appliance or you will get this company as your warranty company to fix a Samsung appliance and they are so unprofessional and don't actually fix nothing. If you have issues with them make a complaint to BBB and consumer affairs for both Samsung and Tekniton. Neither company seems to care if your appliance isn't working. All Tekniton has to do is say your appliance is not defective so that the agents at Samsung can give you the run around and not solve the actual problem with your appliance. I had this guy with attitude come to my house earlier than I wanted because he wasn't going to come later. Then comes in with attitude. I had to ask him to leave because he was talking to me like I was 9 years old kid. He said he wasn't leaving until he checked my washer, after acting like it wasn't broken and acting like he did not want to be there, yet he wanted to stay all of a sudden! I was so mad I walked out. Waited 10 to 15 mins. Contemplating if I should call the police to kick him out. He wasGone in like 10 mins as I went back with no receipt of what he did yet gives SamSung a receipt that he ran some test and that nothing was wrong. So now Samsung is trying to send me someone from that company again because they have no other company. I made a complaint with both and neither Samsung nor Tekniton ever called to apologize nor ever fix my appliance. The worst warranty company EVER!

I echo everyone here that complain about this company. They subcontract for Samsung. Samsung fridge known to have problems with their defrost. They won't recall but will. Pay for the service but not parts ($300) to repair the fridge.Tekniton people can NOT do simple scheduling. Schedule for 9-1pm and instead the workman said he had it for 1-4pm. Called at 12:57pm and said he would be there in 30 minutes.Unprofessional and disrespectful of your time.

My TV panel died on Thursday evening, so I filed a ticket with Samsung for a warranty repair. Tekniton contacted me on Friday morning & confirmed a visit scheduled for Tuesday. David gave me a call when he was on his way on Tuesday and arrived inside the confirmed window. He was here for ~40 minutes and I had a fully functional TV when he left. I was expecting a longer, multi-visit process and was very impressed that Tekniton sent David out with the likely needed components to make the process as short and painless as possible. David was super friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and very flexible.

I was sent here for repairs on my Smeg oven and dishwasher. They set up an appointment but never showed up. I never received a call from them to say that the technician could no longer make the appointment, which meant that I was waiting around all afternoon for someone that never showed up. I've reached out to them via email multiple times and have called their service line multiple times a day for the past 2 weeks and still have yet to receive any response to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend avoiding Tekniton unless you absolutely have to use them. This has been some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced if not the very worst.

Great service! They came out to repair my refrigerator all the way in Felton. David was super nice and did a great job fixing my refrigerator. He explained everything about what he was doing which was great. And my refrigerator is working perfect now! Thank you!

WORST PLACE TO WORK, owner John Shtir is a rude racist a****** who harasses his employees and so is the manager George Motoc. They ask for your religious background when you apply. Also won't give you a raise until you've been working for them for over 2 years. They hire techs with zero experience so they have an excuse to not pay them enough I can go on and on but they'll prob cry. Anyway not worth getting serviced by this company they over charge for their parts when you can get them on eBay for waaaaay cheaper!

Great service! They drove all the way to Felton to fix my refrigerator. The worker was David and he was super nice and did a great job explaining everything that was being done. He was very professional and did a great job! Thank you!

I would actually give this company 1-star as there were non-stop problems dealing with Teknition. The call center was terrible and didn't seem to understand how flaky their technicians are. Not only would you deal with last minute cancellations, you deal with most technicians being incompetent. I had to deal multiple technicians in which some were no shows. The only one reason why I'm giving this business 5 stars is because of my most recent technician David V. He is top notch and is the only true silver lining to this otherwise terrible company. David was very knowledgeable and knew how to troubleshoot issues with my dishwasher. Previous techs who could not completely fix the issues had to rely on YouTube videos and calling other people up on the phone for help. David didn't do such things and should be training these other techs on how to do their jobs properly. He was extremely professional and was the ONLY good thing about Teknition. If this company wants to really succeed in the future, have David enable other workers to learn from him.

I try not to leave 1 star reviews on Yelp as I know that it can greatly impact a business. I will preface this by saying that this review has nothing to do with the technicians employed by their business. I tried to get a repair on a Samsung washing machine and was referred to them by the Samsung representative since they are the official repair center in the Bay Area. Since my appliance was out of warranty, they informed me to reach out to them directly. I submitted a service request ticket on their website the night before but decided to call in also. The first red flag should have been that the customer service rep did not even state her name in her greeting.I was informed by the customer service rep that they could not assist me until I received a ticket number from Samsung. I told them that my appliance was out of warranty and that I needed to contact them directly. The customer service rep pushed back and said that even if I was out of warranty they should have provided me a ticket number. I informed them that I submitted a request via their website and inquired on where that request went if it wasn't to request a service. She informed me she had no idea what I was talking about and said that she can't see it on her end and could not assist me if I did not have a ticket number. At that point, there really wasn't anything left to say as she was basically refusing my business. In calling back to the Samsung representative, they informed me that the first representative was correct and that they don't generate service tickets for out of warranty appliances since the customer would be billed directly from the repair center.Per the Samsung representative re: this business: "If they have refused your business and are making it difficult for you, we'll just go with someone else." And with that I was provided a list of preferred local businesses and scheduled my diagnostic appointment the next day. Basically -- if you're out of warranty, I recommend skipping them. Better to give your business to your local small businesses/mom-and-pop repair business and save yourself the run around.
